Of course, as expected, the evening grew into a wonderful time with laughs, singing, and even sharing stories of days past. The tap and slender glasses of cold Kolsch kept arriving. The only way to stop the friendly servers from delivering was to reluctantly place your beverage coaster on top of your glass, signaling a No Thank You. Sometimes ignored and graciously thanked.
