I got a partial hood lining on the top and it is very unnoticeable which is sweet. Obviously you can see it with the right lighting and angle. As for the front clip you literally cannot even tell. Friday morning, I called shops all over town trying to get back on the road before the Friday night cruise and the weekend car show, but nobody could help on such short notice. That's when I came across Image Street Rods and Customs. I called them, explained the situation, and they immediately said, "We got you -- bring the car in and we'll get your brakes fixed and get you ready for cruise night." They came through big time. They got my Cadillac repaired quickly, treated me with great hospitality, and took care of me on very short notice so I could enjoy the event weekend. We walked out to see the car and was like oh I think we can just pop that back on with no charge to you. That said, the initial installation of my $1,000 bed cover felt rushed given the hourly labor cost. The fitment wasn't quite right at first and one side of the seal was pinched. I also noticed an impact was used on the rails, which are known to be sensitive to over-torque and can crack easily. While the pinched seal was corrected, I would have preferred more care taken from the start. I don't think they do bad work, but the shop's pace is faster than I personally prefer. For future work, I'd likely look for a shop that prioritizes a bit more attention to detail.
