After finding that he closed his business (the day of my session) I decided that it wasn't good business practice to not contact his customers and inform them of this. After searching for him, I found him on facebook and requested a refund. He is refusing to refund my deposit even though he closed his business. A business that closes its doors is obligated to refund deposit for service. I understand he is practicing under someone else however it still doesnt give him a right to keep the deposit. That business is closed and any contract I signed is null and void.

I wanted my granddaughter, Lily Rose, to be a permanent part of me. I went to Black Market and they were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. The owner's wife made an appointment for me with Joe. He listen to my idea, drew it out and made it a reality. I was a bit apprehensive regarding the possible pain but to my surprise it wasn't that bad. I would recommend the shop and especially Joe hands down.

I believe getting a tattoo is an intimate experience. I don't believe in opening a book and picking…read morea design off the wall. To me, tattoos should mean something. They tell a story, represent a memory, or symbolize a chapter of your life. You're trusting an artist to create something unique that will be part of you forever. Over the years, I've been to a lot of tattoo studios with friends and family--or simply walked in to get a feel for the place. Honestly, many of them felt uncomfortable or just weren't the right fit. I never found one where I felt confident enough to trust someone with something so permanent. A couple of years ago, my late husband wanted to give me a tattoo for my birthday. He asked around, and one name kept coming up: **Izic Woodall** at **Lyons Den Tattoo Company**. The moment we walked through the door, I knew this place was different. The studio is filled with incredible artwork and has a cozy, intimate atmosphere that somehow still feels welcoming and inviting. It immediately put me at ease. Izic has become my artist, and I can't recommend him enough. I'll show him an idea and say, "Something like this... but make it unique," and without hesitation, he's all in with a "Hell yes!" attitude. He's incredibly talented, professional, and approachable. I've spent hours in his chair, and the time flies because of the conversations, laughter, and genuine connection. Every single time, I walk in with an idea and leave with something that far exceeds anything I could have imagined. While Izic is my artist, I also have to mention **Craig Lyons**, the owner of Lyons Den Tattoo Company. Although he hasn't tattooed me personally, I've watched him work, and his talent is undeniable. More importantly, he's created something special--a studio that's clean, safe, welcoming, and comfortable. It's a place where people can be vulnerable, share their stories, and leave with meaningful artwork they'll carry for the rest of their lives. If I could give Lyons Den Tattoo Company 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you for creating more than tattoos--you create art, memories, and an experience that people never forget.

Lyons Den is probably my new go-to tattoo place in Lakeland/ Mulberry area! I've tried a couple…read moreother places around that I enjoy, but this experience really kind of went above and beyond. Craig was so amazing and though we didn't have an appointment with Izic he was also super sweet and interactive with us while we were at the shop. First of all, it can be so hard to find tattoo places that accept walk-ins. Tattoos are becoming more and more popular and acceptable in society, so most shops are super booked up with little time in between. But Lyon's Den does accept walk-ins if they have time! So, I found the instagram of Craig, one of the two artists and shot him a text message asking if my mom and I could set up an appointment or walk in that day or sometime soon. Honestly, I wasn't expecting at all to be able to get in that same day. But Craig answered with a lot 2 hours and said he'd have time in the evening! We were so excited. That evening we went in and had such an enjoyable time. We got smaller pieces done but I actually was able to get 2 small tattoos and Craig didn't even blink an eye. Sometimes artists can be picky or even a little rude when you want to get more but he was super go with the flow. And he really made sure that the placement of the tattoos would look it's best. It was also my moms first time ever getting a tattoo, and we told Craig that and he was super kind and patient with her. He made extra sure she was comfortable all throughout the process which I really think helped. Plus, they turned out absolutely gorgeous. Lastly, the prices were very reasonable even considering we were walkins. Their shop minimum is $80 so you want to make sure if it's a smaller one that it's worth that price. I will definitely be coming back here!

Then when he began working on my arm he was patient and took his time to get the outline and as much fill as we could that first day. We scheduled 2nd appt to finish. Brandon first told me it would $400 for each session because he couldn't finish it one after the $200 deposit but when I got to the register I said $400 right then he was like no $500 I was annoyed but paid it figured I just take that out of the tip then. Next session he should me a picture of the charms and what they would look like and it didn't end up looking like that even though he insisted it did he tried to fix it but just made it end up looking darker which I hated. He said he would do a free touch up but it would lighten up after healing which it didn't. I made the touch up appt because the tattoo he covered up was showing through. Had to wait another 2 months but when I went they didn't have me scheduled! He tried to apologize but the girl at the front desk never even tried to. He said he would come in half an hour early to fix it next week but then decided to bring over another tattoo artist to say you can barely see the other tattoo. Like what? I don't care if you paid to have something covered up it should be covered not trying to make me feel stupid for bothering you or that I was being an inconvenience. Along with complaining about the charms that look like chicken scratch or a kid coloring with a gray crayon I asked him to fix he said it was some of his best work if it was it would have been posted to Facebook like I have a mental disability but I'm not stupid so I was done and I decided not to go back to get the free touch up. I will get my old tattoo artist to fix it from where I lived and just make a vacation out of it probably should have done it to begin with. Really disappointed but I guess not even the best tattoo artist cant make every piece look good.
