I don't get the negative reviews about Joe's Crystal Clean Windows. Joe has been cleaning the windows of my condo for at least 10 years with zero issues. If I need to reschedule, he always provides me with at least 3 dates to choose from. He ALWAYS shows up, he has NEVER pulled a no show. He is reasonably priced, courteous and professional. I would trust him completely to come to my home and work even if I weren't there. I tease him all the time about never retiring because I can't imagine having to find someone who cleans my windows as perfectly as he does. Joe and his crew showed up not only on time but 10 minutes early. I got three quotes to do the power washing and windows cleaning at my house and they were the best price. Joe did all the mirrors in my house for free and the house is covered in mirrors. He also said removing hard water stains would be about 10 dollars a windows and he fixed all the windows for only twenty bucks. After they power washed and made my storm shutters look new again Alex and Pete walked around and lubricated and serviced each one. My house has never come close to looking this good and if I knew how inexpensive it would have been I would have called years ago. I watched them walk around the house several times after the job was over looking at all the windows at different angles to the sun to see and removed any streaks. Total perfectionist. Gave this unprofessional fool, Joe, a 2nd chance to work today. What a mistake! I confirmed with him via text immediately after we made an appointment on Saturday for him to come at 1:30 on Monday to wash the windows of a 2/2 I'm responsible for selling. I confirmed a 2nd time this morning and received a thumbs up emoji from Joe. For whatever reason he comes 1/2 hour early at 1:00 pm. I tell him to give me a minute to come back because I'm with clients and he responded with "I'll give you 7" at that moment I couldn't run from my clients. Then (Joe) writes to me that "He doesn't have time for this" and tells me I have to reschedule!. Even after I screen shoot the conversation showing that we confirmed for 130 -? he doesn't care and he leaves and refuses to answer the phone. . These windows weren't being cleaned for my personal use but they're being cleaned in preparation for my client's apt to be professionally photographed for sale. Joe stood me up on the day of our photo shoot all because he couldn't figure out how to cash a check I had sent him the week before. This is after he stood us up the week before that because he just assumed I was trying to not pay him for his first and only service. He never sent a bill or reached out about not being paid immediately after the first service. I had set him up on a biweekly service and assumed he would bill me monthly or? He had my email, phone number and address. If you hire Joe, be prepared to leave cash on your counter or receive no service and no communication about why unless you reach out to ask where he is when he doesn't show up. read more

I contacted this company to clean the windows in and out, plantation shutters at all 9 windows except two French doors leading to pool and the sills of a duplex I own in Hillsboro Shores east of A1A south of Hillsboro Inlet. I was told they only cover the Galt Mile. Now notice they are located in Pompano beach just southeast of 14th Street causeway. Guess my property isn't rich enough. So don't bother unless your in a mansion. Would of course give them a big fat 0 if possible. read more
