From the very start this company complained about cleaning the bottles, and the amount of bags. I constantly respond to emails stating that I am volunteer, and the exchange program management have allowed me to drop over the 6 bag max as that would be several trips. They now wait for me in person for drop offs and won't allow me to drop anymore. They're extremely rude and unprofessional. The sad part is there is little to no competition in the area, so they could care less.

I was surprised that the place was super empty on a Saturday. I was expecting more people. It was definitely awesome for us to do spring clean up together. It's a bottle depot and I have been to so many..... so the expectation is no different than the other bottle depots that I have been to. I liked that this one is own by Encorp. So they don't charge recycle fee and would get paid the full amount for the cans and bottles that we paid for when we bought the drinks. Recycling = good for the environment (happy face).

I have been there only a couple times; the first time I didn't weigh the material I was dropping off , and when I Looked at the receipt it all seemed ok. The second time I weighed everything with my own scale before I stopped by. As soon as I got there, I told them what I had and they proceeded to put the materials on their scale. At that moment I got a little distracted and didn't pay much attention to the numbers the came up with. It wasn't until I saw my receipt when I noticed that they only put less than half of the material weight compared to what I got with my own scale. I talked to them about it, and they took care of it right away, supposedly they got a couple numbers mixed up. I know that we'll make mistakes at some point, but if we don't have an idea of much materials we're bringing in, how will we catch this mistakes ?.......

We ordered a trash panda bin because we were moving out of our house. At first everything was fine,…read morethey delivered the bin but when it came time to pick it up things went really wrong. Pick up was supposed to be on Wednesday, they got in touch on Tuesday saying there was some kind of emergency with their truck and they can't pick up until Saturday. This was not ideal because Saturday was possession date but they assured me multiple times that Saturday morning they will be there first thing in the morning. Fine. Friday afternoon rolls around and I get a call from their dispatch saying their driver had some emergency and now they are not going to pick up on Saturday morning. At this point we were of course irate as we trusted them and were assured multiple times about Saturday morning pick up. The problem isn't that they had an emergency and couldn't pick it up on the date, they were very apologetic on the phone, however they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. It was frankly appalling - I had to call around to find a driver to pick up their bin (which I did within an hour, why couldn't they?). I had to chase them down, to get any answers from them as to where I could get the driver to drop off their bin, I have to pay the other driver out of my own pocket, I am responsible for the House buyers' hotel fees, moving company fees etc. if they can't take possession of the house because of this bin. Their sincere apologies on the phone are all that they offered. The poor girl on the phone promised that the 'boss' would get in touch with us, of course never happened. I'm supposed to be moving out of the house the next day, stress levels were already high as we had to postpone our travels because of this company and all they could offer was apologies. I am lost for words how little they cared about what they put their customers through. Things happen - I understand, but they did literally nothing to help their customer out of a bad situation that they created.
