Knowing my landlord I was sure that getting my deposit money back without putting some serious effort into cleaning was impossible. I was able to tidy up the place and remove most of the dust but I just couldn't clean the bathroom, the kitchen and the carpets on my own. Joel's Move Out Cleaning promised to guarantee the return of my deposit, but did not deliver. I used their move out cleaning in March at the end of a tenancy, mainly because of their "guarantee your bond back" service. They did not do a good enough job, leaving traces of cleaning product in the oven, and dust in various areas. My landlord withheld some of my deposit as a result. Joel's Move Out Cleaning has not upheld their guarantee, I might as well have done it myself for all the good they did me. read more

THE WORST END-OF TENANCY CLEAN I HAVE EVER SEEN !! *the entire wooden floor (75% of the flat) was mopped with dirty water, so it was streaked and sticky - even when I asked for it to be remopped, I watched the cleaner mop the floor with a dirty mop. I had to mop it again with clean hot water *the kitchen had not been mopped properly and with any force, so I had to get down on my hands and knees and scrub the floor - there were a few patches of sticky residue from the washing machine soap that I cleaned up myself, which should have been identified and cleaned by the cleaners *the walls had not been cleaned seriously. The excuse given was that they were plaster walls .... um half of London has plaster walls. I had to reclean a few wall sections and there was one section (top of the hallway) that was missed. *the flat needed a vaccuum after the cleaners left as their cleaning cloths were obviously malting everywhere *there were stains still on the bathroom tiles as the tiles had not been given a good scrub The cleaners' lack of pride in the job was obvious, particularly when I handed over £160. I could have called a neighbourhood cleaner for £40 for the whole day and they would have done a better job. Disgusting ... NOT FANTASTIC read more

I recently got a new job which was absolutely great but unfortunately my future office was on the other side of town so as much as I didn't want to I had to vacate my apartment and find a new place closer to where I was going to work. At that time I was running a tight schedule and just didn't have the spare time to clean the flat up myself and to be honest having in mind how cranky my landlord can be I had doubts about getting my deposit money back. So the only reasonable option was to call a professional cleaning company to do that for me although I had one previous experience with such a company and it wasn't a pleasant one. Naturally I was reluctant but had no other choice. After a 2 hour web search I chose 3 companies and called them to get a quote. I found this company's one the most appealing so I gave them a call and set an appointment for a end of tenancy cleaning. I wasn't in the apartment while they were cleaning as I had to attend to a personal matter but the results that I saw when I came back 4 hours later really exceeded my expectations. One of the workers gave me a brief heads up on what they did which made a really impressed me. The only thing I disliked was that I found one small bag of rubbish in the kitchen that the workers had obviously forgot to take out so I had to do it myself but it wasn't such a big deal. Plus it was a small price to pay for making my landlord happy. In the end I would like to express my gratitude to the cleaning team for the real effort they've put into ensuring I get my bond money back. Thank you guys. read more

Thanks to this company's excellent end of tenancy cleaning I was able to vacate my ex-apartment sparkling clean. My landlord even said that it is in a better condition now than when I first moved in. I was so busy the last couple of weeks with writing my magister's thesis and going to work at the same time that I just didn't have the time to properly clean the apartment to get my deposit money back as I was about to vacate it soon. Good thing that a friend of mine had a similar problem and was really impressed with the results this company delivered so she recommended I give them a call. I did and luckily for me they offered a special evening end of tenancy cleaning which I took advantage of. They arrived late in the afternoon on the next day and when I saw them coming all properly dressed,carrying their specialised equipment and cleaning products I felt really relieved as I already knew I've made the right choice. They were quick to deliver the results I was looking for. It would have been the perfect job if it wasn't for one of the workers accidentally breaking a flower vase on his way out but in the end I didn't really care since the apartment was clean and tidy. read more

Hello everyone. I'm writing to share my pleasant experience with this company. I hired them for a one off cleaning because I just wasn't in the mood to do it myself. The cleaning team were very understanding, helpful and strictly followed my initial instructions. It wasn't easy and it took them a lot of effort to finish the job but they kept their positive attitude throughout the whole process. The only downside was that I took them 30 minutes more than the estimated time to clean my apartment and because of that I missed my appointment with the hairdresser.
