I googled an eye doctor that could not get me in for two weeks. After a week of waiting I went back to google and found this group. Well, this definitely happened for a reason. First of all when I called and spoke to the really nice lady who answers the phone she squeezed me in for an appointment for the very next day. From the minute I walked into the office, my experience was AMAZING! The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The office its self is so nice and very clean. The tech who tested my eyes before I saw the Doctor was Marius. He explained everything to me every step of the way. He was extremely thorough, professional and just so nice! Dr Gaillitis was just as amazing! At the end of my exam, the nurse walked me up front and explained my medicine instructions to me! I can't say enough great things about the practice!

I was pleased with what I read, and booked an appointment. They were able to accommodate me on the same day in the afternoon. When I got there the receptionist greeted me pleasantly and gave me paperwork for my daughter to fill out. We sat patiently waiting for them to call my daughters name. They had magazines for us to read while we waited. We waited for about 20min before they called us in the back and started testing. Marius was the gentleman that performed the tests. He explained everything he was doing and why he needed to do it. Marius was very detail oriented and patient. He spoke in terminology that was easy for my 19yr old to understand. He was friendly, kept her calm during the testing, and reassured her with positive affirmations. Marius was absolutely amazing. Dr. Gailitis was also very friendly, and reassuring. He spoke softly and calmly to keep her from being nervous about the different testing. He explained the results thoroughly. Overall, I will definitely be back. The office has great customer service!

I made an appointment well in advance on a rare off day. When we got there they said they'd canceled it because the doctor was out and that they had called. The office staff was there but there was no doctor. No email or text just a single phone call I had no record of. Mystery solved a few months later when they confirmed the rescheduled appointment by phone from a private number. An employee calling from a non-office location from a private number, likely on a personal device, unable to confirm appointment details as they were not in office. Do YOU answer calls from private callers thinking they must be a doctors office? I don't. I would strongly suggest that they explore written communication options like other businesses who have joined this decade. When I spoke to them they confirmed the appointment a week earlier than I had it noted on my calendar. Yes, I'm sure because I could see that a conflicting appointment had been scheduled and confirmed prior to the date this appointment was scheduled. I confirmed it anyway because I didn't want to reschedule yet again. Apparently, appointment times are merely vague suggestions. Expect to wait an hour or more past your appointment time because their time is worth more than yours. I don't understand why there is so much overscheduling. Good thing you left work for this. Finally, guess what? I used to manage a medical office. We used to text patients if we were running more than 30m behind. Sometimes, yes, they have to reschedule. Sometimes they could run an errand or take their time before leaving. They were always grateful for the courtesy and heads up. You can text from many desktop applications and still preserve patient records in EHR and provide a much stronger customer experience. Do better.
