I love these people because they make it clear that your concerns, fears and comfort are their responsibility and commitment to manage to your satisfaction. You always know where you stand with your insurance and paying whatever may be due to them can be as simple as a couple clicks on your smart phone. The place is amazing. I asked them if they took my insurance over the phone, and I gave them all of my information. They said that they do take my insurance, and they scheduled me for an appointment. My mother and I drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment. Upon arrival for my appointment, I presented my insurance card, and I was turned away because they said that they don't take my specific kind of dental insurance. This was very frustrating for myself, and my mother, and it seems like this kind of situation could have been avoided all together. I really can't say whether I would recommend this dentist for their services, as I did not have any provided to me, but I can say that you can't trust them to give you the correct information regarding your insurance over the phone.

On Friday evening, the weekend before Christmas my crown broke. I knew I would need to wait until the following Wednesday to get in to see a dentist. I called Dr. Christianson's office to listen to the answer machine to see when the would be opened. The recording stated that any existing patients with a dental emergency can call the doctor at home or his cell phone and gave the phone numbers! I called he answered, asked me if I was in pain, and if I could be in his office the next day, Saturday at noon! He met me and fixed it. I have never seen such dedicated before.
