It pisses me off that I cannot give 0 stars! He does not even deserve 1 star. First off, what…read moreattorney doesnt call anyone back, ever? Be very leery of this man and what he is up to. He is in bed with some builders and realtors and I am not sure what is going on. I think the builder is building shoddy places while the realtor and this attorney are collecting fee after fee. I will be sending my complaint to the department of banking as well because I think something is wrong with this man. He is not professional by any means and the geniuses at his office cost me over a month on a simple closing. I could not be more disappointed with his services. He doesnt even man up and let you know they dropped the ball. To this day I still have no idea what he looks like or sounds like. When you pay someone $1500 in a fee I think a 25 second phone call would be nice, or maybe start by returning one of the 800 messages. SHADY!

I would highly suggest to anyone reading this review that you do not choose to engage Frank Coppa…read more After the experience I just had, I wouldn't choose him for any legal matter whatsoever even if he was the only lawyer on planet Earth. Without going into a highly-detailed description of his utter failure, I will summarize as follows: He took absolutely no action on an extremely simple, straight-forward matter that could have been completed in an hour if he was any good; His communication was poor, severely lacking and totally unacceptable; He provided zero follow-thru in any way whatsoever to move the matter forward in even the slightest way; He did not give any indication that he was not interested in taking on the task and did not want to do it; His utter failure of taking action and communicating effectively took place even after I communicated the need to reach completion in a timely manner; After two months of complete inaction, I informed him I was soon to have open heart surgery, which he later referred to as not hearing from me and as reason to not move ahead at all concerning the matter we had discussed; It took a call from my 87 year-old mother (who wanted to get involved since the matter largely concerned her) for him to email me saying "I don't think I can assist" (because he'll be out of the office for a few weeks) and that "timing appears to be a concern" (after initially being contacted over 5 months previously) and "given the constraints" (referring to the "sudden" urgency) we should contact one of two other lawyers he recommends. My recommendation: DO NOT CONTACT THIS PERSON FOR ANY LEGAL MATTER.

Mischaracterizes himself as a "full service attorney"; however nonsuch thing exists. Any "attorney"…read morewho advertises themselves as such is misleading and should be avoided. The other fallacy is that Mr. Kleiner is a person that "walks the walk" as shown on his website. He is a very experienced chameleon who will over-promise and guarantee...and fail to deliver. To date, I am still unable to receive billing that would afford me the opportunity to gain compensation as a survivor of domestic violence...and it is very improper to be placed in such a position with a person who has purposely taken an oath to service the public with decency and respect. One must wonder why that is his choice. In addition, Mr. Kleiner fails to file timely replies to adversaries and initiate filings on behalf of his clients. This has cost me significant amounts of hardships and loss of credibility and time with my family as a result given the scope of my matters that he has had the privilege of handling (despite his lack thereof). Mr. Kleiner has apparently conducted himself as I have stated previously with a multitude of others. Recently, a local forum has been discussing historic behavior and very similar experiences to my own. As one woman labeled Mr. Kleiner "The Harvey Weinstein" of Bergen County, the best approach to avoid being caught in the web of inappropriateness would be to avoid Mr. Kleiner completely and seek reputable attorneys that have a strong track record (and reviews) which demonstrate their expertise and integrity. Mr. Kleiner has only gained so many "reviews" over the last weeks via close friends given the current events and his name being mentioned in the forum I have referenced. Of the 37 years that he has been in practice, there are just as many "reviews"; with the majority being posted only recently to recover the fire that he is under within the local community. It's disappointing that any person serving the public would opt to conduct themselves so egregiously. As the phrase goes, "Old dogs can't learn new tricks". Mr. Kleiner's tricks are surfacing.
