ALL Lies. I paid out both retainers and explained it put me in a very bad financial situation so they knew I couldn't come up with more money right away if additional funds were needed....One month later, the second attorney told me in writing that Josh said I had no case, she was not sure what he was working on for me. When I called to speak to Josh about it, he never took my call and kept me chasing him for over 5 months while he said he drew down my retainer...(he wasn't doing anything that helped me). As I hit bottom, this guy almost nailed the coffin shut - I was so shocked this was all legal, well legal if you weren't wealthy enough to continue hiring attornies. He took my money knowing I didn't have the financial means to do a thing about it. Real stand up guy!

Joshua made a curious comment to her that he wasn't going to make any money on this case so it was no surprise that he never called her back after he said he would get back to her to go over the next steps. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. No professional conduct whatsoever. It's one thing if you don't want to help because you're just in it for the money but at least have the decency to get back to someone so they're not sitting there as crucial days go by wondering what's going on and getting no response back after several calls and emails. This wasn't a mistake. Just a blatant disregard for someone's time and energy and misfortune. And judging by some of the other negative reviews about him, this is the same m.o. Is this really the type of person you want to fight for you? But then again, this is why lawyers have the stereotypical reputations that they do. If you know, you know. He is the epitome of that.
