Dan continuously charged me to rewrite emails that he had mistakenly written with incorrect information and then proceeded to charge me for all of them. I complained about his lack of involvement and interest in my case to his boss multiple times and into the fact that he was spending ridiculous amounts of time, supposedly based on his billing, I was charged for those conversations as well by her. His hourly rate wound up really being double because it would take him twice as long as the average lawyer to make a phone call or send an email! At the end, I felt bullied and coerced by my own lawyer to sign papers that I did not want to sign and ended up getting screwed in my divorce because of it. If I didn't know better, I would literally think he was actually working with my ex-husband's lawyer! Absolutely the worst law firm ever.

She charged 1/4 of an hour to read and reply to each email response (even if it takes 1 minute), making every e-mail correspondence cost $175. Additionally she'd charge 1/4 when she checked in on status, thereby having free rein to inflate her bill. To put one situation in context I asked for a lawyer recommendation for my partner, which I was charged $350 for her to provide and didn't get flagged until I saw the bill. Additionally her work did not reflect the intent of what I was trying to accomplish, which having additional drafts only further increases her bill. I'd recommend others for services as I spent several thousand to receive no benefit. Additionally when I posted my experience, she responded in a bullying and condescending manner, publicly stating I was trying to get free services which is a bold-faced lie; all because I questioned why asking for a lawyer reference cost me $350 or her other charges.
