MUST VISIT ....if you're local and looking for a great place for contrast therapy. I've been looking around and Next Level not only had great reviews, but the price of $45 for a 50 minute session with the ice bath and infrared sauna, plus an option compression therapy with the boots (shown in video), makes this to be a valuable routine I'll definitely be frequenting. Bella greeted us and introduced us to the various types of complimentary tea while showing us the two recovery rooms and explaining the benefits of contrast therapy. One big advantage of this center is the private recovery rooms which you can share with a guest. They also do offer membership packages including massages. read more

Joe’s Posture Reset - Sauna and Ice Bath - Massage Therapy Near Me - Santa Monica, California

This place was amazing. I met Joe and Bella when I arrived early. They were so welcoming and gracious. I then had a strength assessment and light workout with Kacy. Kacy explained the importance of the movements specific to my needs and then gave me a workout that will help the areas I need to improve. Next up was without a doubt the best massage I have ever had. After a brief discussion with Cailey about nagging injuries she proceeded to not only massage but hit points that other masseuse had missed or neglected. I was very impressed with everything. It was amazing. After the massage I spent the next 50 minutes moving between the infrared sauna at 155 plus degrees and the cold plunge at 49 degrees. It was fantastic. I am definitely coming back and I think everyone should. read more

Next Level is bar none, the best healing facility I've ever been to. The entire team is incredible. I have Ms and deal with a ton of pain, stiffness, and posture issues. I am now pain-free after implementing my protocols. No more neck pain. No more back pain. The posture therapy set me on the path to alignment. Then I moved to personal training to build up my strength for my new posture. This place is a one-stop shop. I'd go from my workout to the recovery room. Which is sauna and ice bath. Also, the compression boots were an amazing pre-workout. Like I said, this place has it all read more

Joseph is one of the most talented and skilled practitioners I have ever seen. As a healthcare provider myself, I'm highly sensitive to others' energy and service. He has shown a high level of skill, knowledge and expertise in his field. He's been working on me for over a year, with great musculoskeletal results. Highly recommend his services. read more

If you're in any kind of pain or discomfort you gotta try this place. Joe and his team took their time to listen to my concerns as I broke 11 vertebrae in my neck and back in 2011 and I have been really apprehensive to have anyone work on it. Over the years my back has gotten worse, but I refuse to go back on OxyContin so my doctor recommended a natural holistic approach. I was a bit skeptical at first but she educated me on our bodies are systems and you can get a combined effect. My doctor recommended a balance of stretching, massage, and manipulation combined with a diet that focuses on anti-inflammatory foods, which Joe put together for me. Thanks Joe! read more

I absolutely love getting sessions from Joseph. Two years ago I had "torticollis" and the doctor's attempted to load me up with pain medicine and muscle relaxers. Being LMT I knew it was muscular amongst other factors. Unfortunately for myself I had lived in Oregon at the time so for two years, attempted to work on myself but didn't get to the root of the problem. The morning of my appointment I woke up like it was my birthday, excited and eager for my appointment time. I was so happy to see his smiling face. Immediately blurted out my number one issue I needed help with, he did an evaluation of my spine and immediately pin pointed the pain in my neck to be caused by my thoracic spine area. We did a 90 minute session from heaven - that's my nick name for it and by the end of it, I had full range of motion and mobility in my spine. While he evaluated my spine he mentioned how I had lost curvature to my spine - well I felt the curve come back when we were done. They do a package deal and it's a fantastic investment. Can't say enough good things about his gifts, knowledge and ability to help you reconnect with your body in a special way. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment which already way too far away lol. It's an experience you have to try. read more

Each session improves my flexibility and understanding of how my muscles are stabilizing my torso. Joseph and his team are masters in their practice. read more

I suffer from chronic pain due to scoliosis, and was fortunate to find Joe a few years at Human Garage. What a gifted healer! There has never been a time I have left his table feeling taller, more balanced and most importantly, pain free! His pressure point technique releases long held muscle patterns, creating space and releasing tension. He is incredibly intuitive, and just seems guided where my body needs attention the most. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of physiology, a masterful touch and a gracious spirit. I have had years of PT and chiropractic, and Joe's therapy is more effective than both combined. If you hurt, go see him. I'm so lucky to have found him! read more

The best: I have never known people that care for your body treatment, posture, health, and life style as much as Joe and his team do, it's nice to know there is people that you can trust with your health to get the back what your body needs to be better, I had always problems with my posture and stress affecting me with lack of movement in some areas of my body, also having troble losing weight, and more that I wouldn't even know until he reveal what was wrong, I've never been and feel better before, until Joe did treatment and show me how my body works and what I need to help my body to become better, I do recommend to see and try how he(Joe) works and understand the body is amazing, you will not regret it, is not like others show to everyone out there just to sell, this is special read more

Really is Next Level. 10/10 cannot recommend enough, come for the practitioner Jo but make sure you have an infrared sauna

This is a very special place!! I have known Joe, OJ, and Dr Luke for a few years. All three of them are amazing one-of-a-kind specialists. All three of them have helped me to heal my body. I've had multiple knee injuries, scoliosis and all the body tensions that result from it, and other body aches. There has never been a time when I came in for a service and didn't feel better instantly. I used to drive to LA from San Diego to see Joe. I now live in Texas but every time I visit LA, I make sure to make an appointment here! This is THE PLACE for healing. Whatever your issue is - they will help you!!! read more
