For never having a use for a bail bond before, I have to say that the experience was a surprisingly…read morepleasant one with KJ Bail Bonds. The owner, Kevin went out of his way to assist us. After searching for the closest bail bond company, I saw KJ Bail Bonds and immediately called. I went on an anxiety fueled rant explaining to a very patient Kevin, that I was inexperienced with the process, that I was new to VB and I wanted to get my guy out ASAP. He stated that he would have to drive out to the Oceanfront (constriction to the Courthouse was the cause) to post bail even before having the cash in-hand. He also called beforehand so they would be aware of his arrival and made sure to give all the details to go with it so the process would go quicker. We met at the Courthouse 20 minutes later, I paid him and as we waited, he explained what will happen after, the importance of not missing any Court appearances and the consequences to the both of us if we didn't follow his directions. Surprisingly, not even 10 minutes after we pulled into the parking lot, my guy was walking toward us.. I'm not sure how long Kevin would've waited with me but I'm quite sure he would've stayed until he saw that he was out. Kevin made a would-be terrible experience a pleasant one, and in saying that, you can tell that he is a generally good, decent human and that's so hard to find nowadays. I am so appreciative and I know I had gotten lucky to have found Kevin first! Would recommend him 100x. If you're in need of a bail bond, call KJ Bail Bonds! Thank you again Kevin!

Just learned this local "family owned" business has decided customer needs are second to rapid…read moreexpansion, cost cutting, service last approach to customer special needs all based to squeeze more profit. I have been a customer for many years and in the past impressed with the customer focused response to special customer needs. When I purchased another property in the Bayview area 2 previous GETEM technicians could not get it right. I had numerous "water bugs" (roach like pest) encroaching the interior of the home after multiple treatments. This became intolerable when the Roach like pest were now found in the beds. It was not until a seasoned 20+ year veteran GETEM employee carefully surveyed the home and quickly changed the pesticide approach eliminating any more ROACH like pest in the beds. 2 weeks ago I was offhandedly informed due to "route software" my home would be serviced by a different technician. The uncaring unresponsive "Amy" who manages calls showed no empathy or compassion. She simply showed intolerance to a customer's need to have a seasoned expert to continue servicing the home to prevent ROACHES in the bed. The request to have the seasoned technician continue was not unreasonable given the "route" was adjacent and would not require additional time or expense. The new business model of GETEM is SCREW-THEM (loyal customer). I have moved my pest services to another "family-owned" pest control business who responded within hours and whose service was superior and more affordable. Maybe my $1,000.00 a year residential account is not worth an effort to a corporate greedy company. Final parting words from GETEM ...."I am sorry you feel that way" which sum up the new business model. New Business Name should be "For-GETEM"
