I didn't share my concerns right away, but I should have because Maxine was very responsive and committed to making things right. She offered to have the areas I was unhappy with retreated, which I really appreciated. Matthew came out for the follow-up service and was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. They were to rebuild my home. They promised me "custom" cabinets, but I got cheap, poorly made cabinets with screws and nails sticking out. They installed my jetted bathtub un-leveled, both of my bathroom fixtures are falling off, also with screws sticking out. They installed dented, poorly sanded/painted trim and doors through out my house. They started working on my house at end of November. They left my house incomplete in February with no contact. I then called my city and was informed that they never pulled any permits(electrical and plumbing) on my house(shame on me). The inspector came out and inspected and informed me that none of my sinks are up to code, my tub is not up to code, shower heads are a danger, and electrical not up to code. I then hire an attorney because we cant get them to contact us. One month after my attorney reached out, the company finally got a plumbing permit, but still not an electrical. The city informed them of the work that needs to be resolved(3 weeks ago now) and yet they still have not showed up to complete my house. It has now been 6 months since they left my house. I have never worked for such a cheap, incompetent, lazy, disrespectful company in my life! I assure you, you do not want to hire them. The supervisor obviously does not even care. *P.S the other reviewer- Tina B. - is an employee of this company, she is the one that I spoke with everyday when the job got started. I am not sure if she was employed at the time of her review, but from our conversations; I believe she was.

My husband and I were planning on replacing our old, dingy and stained carpet with pricy hardwood flooring. After SCR's work yesterday we have put the floor replacement idea on the back burner. Our carpet looks brand new! We had some pretty dark staining from the previous homeowner and Adam and Mike were able to remove it completely! The whole process only took a couple of hours. Set-up and breakdown was relatively quick. Mike moved all the furniture out of the work area and both took care with the wall edges/corners and hoses. Adam is extremely knowledgeable about the products that he uses and both were very professional. Pride and customer satisfaction is very important to them. But I should not have had to come to her with this problem. I should have been notified when the hole happened. Master Bath was cleaned. However, the whole shower and tub was NOT cleaned. Found soap rings in tub. And spots all over glass door. Cleaning company had an issue with us the property owner having a security camera. Said we needed to establish trust. No the owners has a right to have a security camera in their expensive condo to check on maintenance people, etc. The cleaning company had different people coming for each service visit. And with all the problems we have been experiencing with them, we felt the need to check the camera once and awhile. The only trust that needs to be established is the cleaning company cleans, not damage property, and property owner pays their bill. We also found 4 full bags of linens left. all were wrinkled and stale smelling. Had to be rewashed and folded. One bag had wet and moldy items, along with two wet bath rugs. We should have been told there was a bag of wet linens, and rugs, before items got mold on them. Because of this we had to by new items. I feel this cleaning company is used to cleaning rentals, and not having work checked very often. However, quality and good service is still to be expected by a cleaning company. And The Coast is clean does not deliver good quality work.
