I came home to find a $108 bill wedged in my front door from Jock Pest Control. I called and tried to explain to the woman that answered that there must have been a mistake because I never called and requested their service. Jeff then cut into the conversation and said, "You didn't want us to spray for bees?" I told him no (since I don't have a bee problem) to which he responded, "Throw away the bill and I'll just charge you double next time." And then, being the "professional" that he is, hung up on me. I called for an estimate. They came out very soon, but they were ready to spray. I do not think the amount we discussed was the amount they asked for. But feeling under pressure I went ahead and had them spray in April. Not long after I still had ants and I called them back. I was told that I would have to pay an additional $50 for them to come back. I was not happy with the first time they were here since the gentleman broke one of my vases. So now I probably will not be calling them back to pay an additional $50 that should have been covered in the first $200. I feel like I wasted $200 and I still have ants. read more
