Each time I've tried staying in a different place. This year was different and we found a campground nearby so it was much easier to get in. When we arrived the host was so nice and offered us drinks and was so accommodating to our needs! He even helped us get the hookups set up, pointed us in the right direction for where to go for food and snacks, and even told us the best way to get in to the track! The location is perfect! The price was fantastic! The host is super nice! The campground was clean! There was even an on site bathroom that was clean and even had shower that had actual hot water! I've been to COTA several times and this is THE RV spot to be! Needless to say this is the only place we will be camping at when we come back!

We get to our section and the wheelchair ramp is locked down and gated. There was zero staff to help and we missed the first 20 mins of the game trying to get to our seats. Then, there's the bathrooms. If you're a woman, you should know that the bathrooms are behind the side of a building that is super dark and sketchy. Very bad location to get to the bathrooms. Super creepy. Then, there's the Pepsi. And only Pepsi. Like it's Illinois and not Texas. Boo. Big thumbs down. I did get to pet armadillos prior to the game and that was wicked awesome. The actual game was good. But just a big boo to the stadium itself.

Today I had three bags. The driver sat there looked at me and didn't help. When I was dropped off he helped two other passengers before me and didn't even get up for the seat while I got off. I still tipped him. I have been Park & Zoom customer from back then when they started. Management need to mandate for each driver to help if the customer takes the luggage they themselves it's fine. What if the customer really needs help like me today and you are sitting there and didn't help. Don't advertise if you don't do it. Also, please watch out. While the daily rate shows as $ 16.95 it averages to $23 dollars per day. Well I won't be parking here anymore. You lost a loyal customer that has been your customer from first year you opened.

In the moment, while it was still a pleasant and friendly shuttle ride, I didn't think anymore about it. But then...I arrived home (30 minutes after leaving ABIA), to realize that my laptop, iPad, Garmin watch and a bunch of other widgets were not with me. I was so spent from the day, that I had forgotten my backpack on the shuttle. I called the 24/7 help line, and I remembered Aracely clearly stating her name and bus number for this exact purpose. I'm so thankful she did. I told the other end of the phone about my mistake and they quickly reassured me that Aracely had already turned in my lost belongings. I retrieved my stuff that "night." CUSTOMER SERVICE is not dead! I'm still impressed. Thank you so much for the good people - like Aracely - that want to make this community a better place!

The last few times we've flown, we did not have a good experience. Wait times for shuttles well…read moreexceed the advertised schedule. They simply don't have enough buses. The line outside "arrivals" is always very long, unorganized, and no staff to give instructions. The shuttles for other parking businesses pass us by several times before we see one from Economy. Buses are also not maintained; lucky to get AC. Staff has been rude at times.

Prices are reasonable. Even with a coupon code. The parking spot is easy to get to. Once checking in with the parking spot attendant, they will let you know what row to go and park. Once that information is provided, the parking attendant will notify the parking spot driver to come pick you up to take you to your flight carrier. When you return from your trip, it is easy to find the parking spot driver due to the buses they drive. Each bus has a west and east bus, based on where you parked. When you arrive to park your car, the parking spot driver will provide you a ticket on where you parked so that you can provide the driver when you return. Over all good experience.
