So basically, this office takes your money and waits for you to either forget your money or to months to get the money cleared and released. I do real estate seals monthly and this office is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Other companies are much nicer and easy to deal with for settlements.

As the agent, obtaining the answers to questions in order to protect my seller, was like pulling teeth. The attitude and tone of the exchanges were exasperated and unhelpful. This business is focused on clarification, and that should be at the forefront of the their minds. The most disappointing interaction was with the blameful attitude of the closer. I have used many title companies and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. This company needs to do better. Steer clear.
