There are some helpful staff but not many, I queued for over a hr last week to post some parcels which when i got to the front the cashier decided to go on there lunch, I have since changed the details for any items need cashing here to another post office

Filthy carpets,filthy seating, filthy toilets. A lot of the customers non working fulltime drinkers. I gave the place one star as it has a great jukebox

This library is let down by its' location - it is above the shopping centre and you often have to…read morerun the gauntlet of local youths to get inside. There is a lift - but it is not a very pleasant experience! Once inside, the library is well stocked and bright. They have good local art exhibitions on a regular basis, and book readings and talks. They have recently introduced self scanning for returning and issuing of books. This is a shame as it cuts down interaction with the staff who are all pleasant, knowledgeable and have mainly been there a long time.
