They have you take an assessment and they go over your personality test, none of which was reviewed with me after they said they would. They ask you questions about your work history which they already have on my resume and application they have you fill out. At the end of it all they say they work with so many employers and have numerous job openings on the site which I applied for and in my personal opinion over qualify for & still nothing.
