I own a small business and hired Hamilton to do my books and taxes…read more I have never received IRS late tax or taxes owed letters until Hamilton started doing my books. Later I found out that the person doing my books is the receptionist at the front desk. In 2024 I asked a question about my 2023 taxes and they found a big mistral and amended my taxes finding out that I owed even more taxes. The owner said that they would pay because of their mistake. Here we are 9 months later and even after several phone calls and physically goons to their office they still have not paid the taxes. They keep saying that the owner said he paid but he never has. I am paying the taxes myself and would never recommend Hamilton and Associates to anyone they are short staffed and incompetent. The receptionist is not a book keeper nor a tax preparer.

Looking back at my bank statements Tony had made many charges and multiple charges in one month and adding up to 34,000 a year. I also found out that he was not filing paperwork to the state costing me more money from penalties because he did not file it in a timely manner. Poor customer service and untrustworthy.
