I got the Big Frida Burger. I thought it was tasty (especially the sauce and fries), though I wish I could have gotten it done medium instead of well. The bread (which I'm picky about) seemed homemade, but the moisture from the burger and toppings quickly soaked through. But it was delicious and had a unique chewy texture. They have a really good beer selection, and I had my first Munich Mule there last night, which was also pretty good. We splurged & tried a local flare of "schnapps" called Williams (a hint of pear) and quickly learned why the Germans can be sometimes considered a harsh people! Deciding to stick with wine, I ordered the Montepulciano from Italy and quickly realized that wine drinking in the Styes will never be the same again. Absolutely amazing and completely different from anything I've tasted before! After deciding on the apple dumpling dessert, my husband and pray the rest of the food on our trip is this great! Actually apples, breaded and rolled in cinnamon and sugar and served with the most vibrant vanilla ice cream, I can't wait to see what's in store for breakfast. So if you're ever outside of Munich and need a drink or a bite or a warm bed and a clean room- don't miss this place!
