The ambience was nice & had a cozy feel! Tennecia was our instructor and she was AMAZING, so personable and passionate about what she was doing. She was also knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. She played the perfect music at a perfect volume in the background while she gave instructions . I highly recommended going here to get a peace of mind, while getting the opportunity to expand your creative mind. Thank you so much for making this an amazing experience for my friend & I. This Party City didn't have the large foil balloons in the color, letters, or numbers that I needed in stock, but they were able to help me out on the phone and in person with an alternative option through their in stock gold letters. I ended up saving $24 because the letters were $5, rather than $12. The staff rang me up quickly and I made it on time for my photoshoot. I recommend ordering foil balloons, yard letters or small letters online in advance and leveraging the curbside pick up option if you plan to use them for your birthday, graduation or other needs. This will save time and ensure that you get better pricing.
