She asked if it was on a serge protector because that voided its warranty . it was on a surge protector but if you have any complaints she lets you know its your fault. Not concerned if there is a problem only that you bought it, its your problem. This question was three days after purchase.

Today is July 30th and I Still don't have my machine back. I have called numerous times, contacted Brother directly and feel so overlooked and neglected.
