Her comments below do not have anything to do with my particular case. She's referencing something I have no idea about. But glad she's an expert on unethical behavior... from what I hear she should be. But the consumer should check to see if she has any Better Business Bureau complaints or grievances with the state board. That should explain quite a bit to anyone needing a realtor.
