I love checking out the small pet shops and we came across Hot diggity dog on this day. We decided to stop in with our little chihuahua and was pleasantly surprised. So much good quality food, toys and chews. The shop dogs were friendly and simply adorable. The shop owner was kind and willing to answer any questions and make fun small talk. The place was a bit dusty and barren on the shelves, but maybe she was awaiting a shipment. Overall I would recommend stopping in for some goodies for the pups or kitties!

They use the Pets App for communication which is great for quick response without having to ring them. Doctor Montana is AMAZING. She loves what she does and it shows. She has treated my pup with unusual issues including false pregnancies and also performed her spay procedure. I trust them there and so glad I found great care for my pups.

Never had I ever had a cancellation on the very day of by a dog day care in my 5yrs of experience going to a snow/ski resort! They said they couldn't accommodate my dog despite that I completed emailing them my dog's vaccinations prior to arrival because my dog is missing Influenza vaccine. They said they have private rooms per dog but they walk them together. I asked if they can please walk my dog without the other dogs or if they can give her the vaccination and I would gladly pay for it. The tech said that the Vet was not in town and she will get fired if she will let my dog in. I said may i talk to your vet? She said the vet wont answer. My smart border collie is very healthy and is not sick! I give my dog a bath every week and feed her dry food and whole food wet food with nutritional vitamins! This was very disappointing and would def NOT recommend to friends and family!!

Nancy did such an outstanding job working with both my 6 month Doberman pup as well as my senior…read morechihuahua mix. Focus was on improving behavior for the reactive Dobie. New techniques for me such as sniff games and hide and seek to release energy and achieve a calm and balanced state. Our old chihuahua was more or less just along for the ride but he really engaged with the games and was acting just like a puppy again during and after.
