We hired JnJ florals for our three day Indian wedding. Jessica did give a good pricing and was very responsive initially, however as we got closer to wedding date, and especially after full payment was made, her attitude changed. She became less responsive. Every time I tried to talk to her about details, she would just postpone and say that she has another client meeting and she cannot talk at this time as " she is too busy". Our contract with JNJ specifically requested and stated the length of drapings, but last minute she decided to use shorter drapings to save on her cost, which made the entire hall look very tacky and unfortunately our pictures and videos did not come out as well as we wanted. Her team made several mistakes; they forgot to put the gold border on my dance floor for reception, they forgot to wrap my wedding stage properly. All these made a huge impact on pictures, videos and the flow of my ceremony. I would say attention to details is not her strong suit. Jessica always seemed in a rush. Worst part is her professionalism. She is also not a vendor who takes criticism well. When I inquired about all the above issues we had at our wedding, she ignored my message, made excuses and did not take accountability. I wanted to order some flowers for a friend that wasn't from your typical online flower company ( I've ordered from them in the past and didn't like the quality of their flowers) soo I kept looking around and found JNJ. I loved the way there arrangements looked classy and were affordable. I decided to ordered a bouquet of Sunflowers for a friend and I cannot express how beautiful they were ! He and I loved them very much ! I think I found my go to place for flower :) FYI - when they tried delivering the flowers they didn't have the unit number and tried contacting me , however I was in a work meeting. I contacted the owner, Jess...to personally order some flowers to a friend that was having a bad day. Jess explain to me that they were swamp and if possible, can they deliver the following week. I understood and then I looked at their website and as being a AIFD Master Floral Designer with 45 years of experience, I was impressed by the photos of their work and felt confident to order through their website...When my friend received their flowers, she sent me photos of the arrangement that I paid nearly $100. She did not receive the flowers that I specifically order on their website. The actual flowers she receive was 3 standard yellow carnations, 2 stems of yellow pom daisies, 1 stem of Sweet William flower, 2 white roses, 1 stem of Monte Casino flower and some fern greens in a yellow Easter basket which was all yellow. I ordered a stylized multicolored arrangement that had no comparisons to what I ordered. The total charge of the product in my experience is possibly a $35 value including a delivery fee of $12, but I was charged $87!!!! I've tried to work out the issue with Jess who refuses to remedy the order therefore I disputed the transaction with the credit card company letting them know they refused to show me an itemized receipt of the cost of the flowers I order. I would not recommend using J & J Florals due to the fact that they didn't even try to make a customer happy, all this because I wanted to cheer a friend's day.... I can't express how grateful I am to have worked with Valeska and JNJ Florals for our August 2018 wedding. From the initial consultation to the day of, she had gone above and beyond to make sure our vision came into fruition. I didn't have a real preference on types of flowers, but more for colors and Valeska knew what to do and how to work within our venue space. I really appreciated how communicative she was during the entire processes, especially in working within our budget. I had collected these brown bottles for centerpieces and she made sure to incorporate it the way I wanted, while also sharing her expertise in floral design. I spoke to Jessica at JNJ Florals for my wedding. She shared her impressive portfolio and we had an hour long discussion about my vision. She seemed very interested, competent, and was willing to work with my budget. After our conversation, she told me she would email me a proposal/quote and we would go from there. It has been 5 months since then- no email, no quote, and no communication whatsoever. I checked in with her throughout via phone, text, and email and there was absolutely no response. My wedding planner tried to contact her as well and did not receive any response. This is the most unprofessional business I have encountered throughout my wedding vendor search. Do not book Jessica as you will not get any services or communication. Very frustrated and upset with this. read more

Jessica and her husband Jenaro are the best! After having a not-so-great experience with a different florist in the DTLA flower district I stumbled across JNJ Florals on Yelp and thought I would give them a try. I contacted Jessica via email and she got back to me within 24 hours. She set up an appointment so that I could meet with her in her studio/workspace to go over exactly what I wanted. A day or so before our meeting, I had sent her pictures of some ideas I had and when I arrived to her studio she had already printed them all out in color on large pieces of paper so that we could talk about them easily. I loved that and found it to be such a nice touch. It also made me trust her and know she pays attention to detail. After going over what I wanted we scheduled another appointment a few days later so that she and Jenaro could create a mock centerpiece for me. She was able to get all the flowers I wanted and create it that same week! As soon as I saw it I loved it. She really listened to what I wanted and understood my vision. She didn't try to sway me in a different direction or anything like that. We then went over the quote and she worked with me to bring it within budget.
