Out of curiosity I checked prices of similarly designed Anderson windows at Home Depot. Not even close, the Marvins at T&W are way ahead for price when "price" means value & quality. And Emerson Yearwood at Truitt & White answered all my questions (some quite detailed on design & installation) frankly and completely.

We put repairs on the back burner, and when shelter in place orders were mandated, we decided it was time to finally look into our project. After a quick consult, Arthur recommended a couple of options: either we put the same sheet metal awning back on, or he could build us a wooden trellis. I chose to go with the wooden trellis, and figured now would also be a good time to put in the deck we had been talking about building for years since we had first moved in.
