The glass - spotless, the sills - same. He takes no shortcuts, climbs ladders, spares no effort. The fee was comparable to other companies (see my other reviews), who did NOT measure-up. The phone was answered. The price was quoted immediately we picked a day, I gave him the code to my lockbox, the guys came and did my pain in the butt, tall cathedral windows. They did it for exactly the price quoted, which I don't know how he made any money, but he knows the business. I called to thank him profusely; it's funny how small things like sparkling clean windows can just put you in a great mood. He mentioned that my contractor that built the place, who weren't that great, got paint all over the windows. Color me shocked. It was a pure nightmare, working with everyone on this project except for Dan Wagner Window's. And he wasn't officially even on the project. What a nice guy, can't recommend him enough, anyone that reads this and wants me to explain. Feel free to message me.
