Within a minute, Dominic called me back and advised me that he would be able to come out that same day to fix it. As a mom, I was stressed because I didn't want my kids coming home from school with an unsecured door. Dominic was so professional and even asked me to text him pictures of what happened so he would know exactly what to bring and to make sure my door would be secured by that evening. Dominic even called me during the day and kept me posted on when he would be arriving. That is not something I see much anymore when you call someone for a repair. Dominic and his son came out, repaired my garage, and as a kindness even repaired my rubber seam and wood panel that was damaged! My father was an electrician by trade. Their office communicated certain days over the phone and sent differing days via email. I was charged for the miscommunication. Upon starting the job, they realized the number stencils they had did not match although they walked the parking area twice before scheduling work. Instead of communicating, they painted the numbers above the old numbers and did not offer to remove them or make real adjustments to the invoice. My staff now has to undo about 45 numbers that were painted. A $665 invoice has increased to $956 without any accountability or acknowledgment of the issues. Would not recommend unless you like surprises. There was no mention that some lines would be off yellow and some would be white.
