We received a quote by email and just had to check the options we were interested in going with (R50 vs R38, did we want a zipper box installed, etc.) Scheduling was fast and easy and we were able to have the installation done the next week. The installers, Adrian and Jahmer, were fantastic! Very respectful, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They communicated with me well (asked if they could run a hose through a window but decided to go through the front door instead) and cleaned up afterward. We had 6 companies give us estimates for the work, including Brian. Brian's estimate seemed the most thorough and gave us the most realistic diagnosis of the space. When we decided to work with Brian, he was able to get us on the schedule very quickly. His team showed up on time and worked diligently the entire day to get the job done. They were courteous, answered all our questions and were careful moving around their equipment in our home. Our project was a two step process but it was all completed over a weekend and by Monday evening the attic was ready for storage. It now remains at a temperature within 10-15 degrees of the rest of the home. The only real complaint I had was about lack of communication. I had some trouble getting questions answered over email and was a bit unsure of what was required from me before getting the insulation done. The biggest frustration all in all was that we were not told that we were expected to be out of the home for 24 hours until the morning that the crew showed up. Overall, as long as you ask for clear expectations in person, you will likely have a good experience with this company and get great work at a reasonable price.
