I called Conover and met Brian who stepped in and took control of the situation immediately while guiding me through the eviction process. He then helped me get through the needed improvements, including choosing and providing the most reasonable and best vendors for upgrading and repairs. Brian is also very detailed oriented and meticulous in obtaining and reviewing prospective tenant applications for background credentials and credit histories. He found and placed highly qualified tenants in my rental, even though it was during the slowest winter season!
