Le Fleuriste Nola - Bowl of art

Le Fleuriste Nola

I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for Justin and the incredible work Le Fleuriste did…read morefor our wedding! From the very first consultation, I knew we were in great hands, but they went above and beyond in ways I never could have imagined. Justin and I were immediately on the same page when it came to aesthetic and vision--so much so that we based much of our centerpiece and decor choices around his design suggestions. We even instructed our venue and wedding party to treat him as the final word on all things aesthetic on the day of the wedding. I didn't want anything to interfere with his stunning artwork! We received so many compliments on the event, but every single guest specifically mentioned the florals. I had a pretty specific vision for our flowers--I wanted bold colors, something non-traditional, and whimsical to fit our venue (Music Box Village). Justin truly brought that vision to life in the most breathtaking way. We knew we wanted to incorporate magnolia leaves, and he perfectly executed that with deep copper and dark green tones throughout the arrangements. We also wanted each floral piece to be unique and reflect the varied materials at the venue--iron, wood, ceramic, and more. Rather than a traditional floral arch, Justin created a 10-foot-tall magnolia tree-like installation, crafted from florals and greenery, which was nothing short of spectacular. He then designed different table arrangements that mirrored the main installation's elements. Instead of typical vases, Justin used an eclectic mix of ceramics, bowls, baskets, and more. It was unlike anything I've ever seen at a wedding--beautiful, romantic, and subtly "witchy" to match our Halloween weekend wedding theme. What truly sets Le Fleuriste apart is their ability to take an idea and translate it into a venue-wide ambient reality, all while maintaining 100% commitment to their craft. Leading up to the wedding, they sent several photos of the progress to ensure we were aligned on our vision, which made the process feel seamless despite the unique nature of the arrangements. While traditional wedding florals aren't our style, I have no doubt Le Fleuriste can handle any vision or event, and we would absolutely trust them again for any future occasion. I was lucky to have so many amazing vendors, but Le Fleuriste was BY FAR the best part of our wedding team. Justin and Chad listened intently to every detail I shared and somehow captured the perfect balance of beauty, elegance, and fun that reflected the magic and rustic charm of our venue, as well as the essence of our relationship. If you're looking for an artist who doesn't just deliver gorgeous arrangements but takes the time to understand your style and vision for a stress-free event, I cannot recommend Le Fleuriste enough. Thank you, Justin and team, for making our day unforgettable!

The flowers looked almost dead. They were not the same colors you offered in the picture. It did not contain extra flowers that I paid the up graded price for. However, the way things were handled when we did not receive two of the three bouquets I ordered for my Mother's memorial was horrible. The morning of my Mom's memorial, the driver called saying nobody was there at the restaurant (they showed up before it was open). He also said there was only one bouquet out of the three bouquets we ordered ready. They had not made the other two bouquets because the designer didn't order enough flowers. When asked what we wanted to do, we said to make those other two with whatever white flowers they had on hand (which they agreed to). But, we never received the two missing flower bouquets. After the event, I tried to call but Mona's was closed. So, I emailed them and got an email back saying "I wanted to confirm that a redelivery was completed and the missing bouquets were provided ahead of your event. We understand how important this was for your family gathering and appreciate your patience while we resolved the issue." I forwarded this note to the restaurant event manager. Mona's never followed up to resolve the issue. So, I called Mona's six days after my initial email outreach. Mona herself called back and argued with me for about 10 minutes on the phone. She kept saying "But the two missing bouquets were dropped off ahead of the event and signed for by the workers at the restaurant." I reached back out to the restaurant event manager who said the two missing bouquets weren't found until later in the day. The delivery time on them said 1:45pm (almost 2 hours after the event started) and had NO NAME on them. So, a staffer thought they were for an event there that night and put them in a back room. Mona kept trying to pass off the blame 100% to the restaurant. Then, she asked why I didn't call when I noticed the two bouquets had never arrived. I was in the middle of my MOTHER's MEMORIAL talking to Aunts, Uncles, and cousins I hadn't seen in years. Not once did Mona ever offer to make the situation right by either a full or partial refund. After 10 minutes of this back and forth, I let her know that I was not trying to "pull the wool over her eyes" and my family was upset. She continued making excuses and blaming the restaurant. So, here's this lovely review. No refund or understanding at all. They didn't order enough flowers for three bouquets. They waited until 30 minutes before the event to tell us they didn't order enough flowers. They delivered the two replacement bouquets 2 hours after the event started. They argued with me instead of showing any sympathy. They didn't offer any form of a refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'm incredibly disappointed with Herbivore and cannot recommend them to anyone planning a special…read moreevent. I ordered fuchsia and pink flowers for my wedding through the Moore Venue-- colors that were central to the entire theme of our reception. Despite confirming the details well in advance, they delivered all white flowers on the day of the wedding. This wasn't a small oversight -- it was a complete failure to deliver what was promised, and it had a huge visual impact. The centerpieces, and arrangements looked totally out of place and clashed with everything we had carefully planned. We specifically designed the venue ballroom around Fuchsia and pink flowers. When the Moore reached out to Herbivore, I expected at least an acknowledgment of the mistake or some kind of effort to make things right. Instead, I received a vague explanation that they got the dates mixed up. No real apology or accountability to us whatsoever. The Moore stepped up and requested a credit in which Herbivore offered $ 500.00 - when we spent over $ 7,000.00. The Moore ended up offering a higher credit becuase of Herbivores mistake. The Moore could not have been a better experience. Weddings are not the time for careless errors. Herbivore had one job, and they got it completely wrong. If you're trusting someone with your big day, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

At some points in the wedding planning process, I called them with questions and they were both very helpful in their recommendations and guidance. I appreciate them being honest about what they thought would look best. They were great about working with our budget and giving us choices, too. I also collaborated with them on a memorial piece for my brother who loved cacti! They created a beautiful piece, integrating a large cactus with my wedding florals. It was so thoughtful, I know they wanted to go above and beyond to honor him. Highly recommend them for their communication, vision, flower selection, and care. Doesn't hurt that they also have tiny dinosaurs in their arrangements, if you're looking closely enough :)
