I contacted A&B after trying to jump start the vehicle. They arrived within 30 minutes, pulled the Yukon and trailer out of the water, disconnected the trailer, loaded the Yukon on a flatbed and dropped the boat and trailer at our cabin. They towed the Yukon to Jack's Auto in Grand Rapids. I can't overemphasize how prompt and professional the driver and his helper were. This was not an ordinary tow. They had the right modern equipment and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend A&B Towing. You will be happy you used them.

I would rate them as a negative 10 stars if I could. Take my advise and stay away from these people , I know I'll never do any biz there , ever.

My husband had taken some things there in the past for electrical type issues, so we were slightly familiar with their good reputation. But, I'll tell ya what! Josh greeted me when I stopped on my way to work one morning after my check engine light came on. He was SUPER friendly, helpful, and had one of his mechanics come out to immediately put the scanner on it. He got me scheduled very quickly. He told me I could have a loaner car when I dropped my vehicle off, which was much appreciated since we live 25 miles out of town. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired the following day. He checked with my vehicle warranty (which I could only use at the dealership out of town) - but we were so impressed with how helpful they were, so we paid the extra money to have Automotive Electric do the work. If you are looking for a hassle-free small-town friendly auto shop, Automotive Electric is the place to go! Ask for Josh! He'll take great care of you! Chrissy M.

Automotive Electric has seemed to do a pretty good job as far as I can tell for repairs. I've had…read morethem replace the air conditioner clutch in our car and have had no issues with it. The one thing that stands out for me with them seems to be the guy who looked at my car about two summers ago. Our car's check engine light came on and began stuttering while we were in the Target parking lot. If you depressed the gas pedal it would run fine so it seemed to be an issue when the car was idling. We took it here and they gave us possibilities of what could be the issue and said they'd look at it. About 15 minutes later a man comes out holding one of the spark plug wires and let us know that one of the connections has some moisture in it. Stated he would clean up the wire for free and only charge for taking a look at it. This is the only automotive business that I have had a positive experience with since I moved up here in 2003. I hope that when I gave this employee warm praise to his supervisor he was commended for it as this seems to be a very rare trait to find in this town.. Edit: Spelling
