Super sanitary with gloves, their oil/lotion/etc is from a hands free pump, new sticks used for each wax application, and the chair/table is lined with fresh paper for each client. Overall extremely sanitary and safe. In addition Mallory is fantastic! She's very detail oriented and you can tell she knows what she's doing. She's quick and efficient while being thorough which is precisely what you want when someone is ripping hair from your body. Went back for my second waxing with her and signed up for a membership, such a great deal at a fantastic place.

Ashton is much more personable! She genuinely talked to me and didn't make me feel like $ signs walking through the door. Now about pain- there was none. Like most waxing it was warm, quick and basically painless. But what's different from those other quick shops is that she does exactly what you want her to do. It took a LONG time to get my arches where I wanted and she traced where the excess hair should/shouldn't be at! Wow never had that done before-most places eyeball it. Kim barely cut my cuticles, kept putting my hands in the same dirty water over and over again, and…read morealso used the water to rinse off her hands! She stuck her cuticle pusher in the bottle of cuticle softener, so I can tell she does that with everybody not very clean if you ask me. The only thing I saw her clean the cuticle cutter with, was a cotton ball and wiped it off. She handed me over to Anne to finish my nails and butchered my cuticles, showing me how much Kim had missed and cut my finger in the process. I originally told Kim I wanted one nail to be chrome for an accent nail when I told Anne what I wanted she didn't know what an accent nail was. Kim reassured me that we would find something similar to chrome because she didn't want to charge me 10 for all my nails since I only wanted one. They had nothing similar. I ended up getting all my nails, the same color, no accent nail because there was nothing similar to chrome. Also, the nail polish was very cheap. It took about five coats just for it to not look so see-through. You get what you pay for, a gel manicure here was $38.
