My family has recently been put in a position, that we've never experienced before. I needed to bail my husband out of jail and I had no idea who to call. I went online and looked for good reviews, and I liked what everyone was saying about JM Bail Bonds. When I called, Joseph immediately answered. I told him I didn't know what to do and he guided me through everything, gave me a good price for the bail, and sent all of the documents to my email, I didn't need to drive an hour away to sign them in his office. Joseph text and called throughout the whole day and kept me updated on every step. He went down to the jail as soon as he could to post the bail, and my husband was released not long after that. Joseph was fast, and on top of everything. He explained everything well, and didn't hesitate to answer my calls and texts immediately. He's incredibly nice and understanding as well. If you're ever in a situation like this, please call JM Bail Bonds immediately! Thank you again for everything, Joseph! read more

I called a few bail bonds before getting a hold of Joseph at JM. Before talking to Joseph, I had a different company call me back and told me that "My brother reached out to them and ask if I could have him bailed" I just spoke to my brother and this wasn't the case. Then I found Joseph at JM Bail Bonds. He is very honest and straight forward! Not the type to beat around the bush at all. Seems to be the type to over deliver. That is one thing I appreciate in a time of need for a love one. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH FOR BEING A STRAIGHT FORWARD AND HONEST PERSON! read more

It was my first time dealing with a bondsman so I was pretty scared about the whole process. From the moment we walked in Joseph was immediately reassuring, professional, and courteous. We called before arriving to make sure JM was available, he answered our questions and even called us back to get the ball rolling before we arrived. Luckily we did not need his services since another person posted our friend's bail before we could, but (God forbid) we ever need to post another bail Joseph will be the person we call. Thank you JM Bail Bonds! read more

Throughout the whole process, I couldn't tell if Joseph was brother or just a bail bond guy because he definitely took care of my situation as if he WAS my brother. I got into a bad situation that landed me in Santa Rita for a few hours in the middle of the night. SO didn't know who to call, so they yelped Bail Bonds. JM Bail Bonds popped up and due to all the great reviews, she immediately called Joseph for help. Joseph answered the call at around 2-3 AM. Immediately left whatever he was doing and sped towards Santa Rita. He posted the bail and by 6 am I was out. If he had not gotten there fast enough, I would have been processed and sat in there for at least another day. Love this about Joseph. His phone is always next to him and he is ready to help. You can bring your business to Joseph and he will take care of you and straighten everything out. Thanks again Joseph. Much appreciated. read more

I rarely find myself in a position to refer a bail bondsman. But when a dear friend of mine was assaulted and got locked up when the officer to the side of his attacker, we needed help, STAT! Thank God for witnesses, but in the interim, he needed an affordable resolution to guarantee his freedom, sooner than later. I was blown away by Joseph's immediate availability by phone with stellar response and updates throughout the process. I know from experience that if we had gone through one of the big name commercial bondsman, it would've cost significantly more with a fraction of the personalized service. Things happen. Unexpected things happen. Like in my case, I was shocked at the ordeal-the arrest, but that's a different story, a different place to Yelp! My husband called Joseph that night. Helpless (and mortified) I waited, as we have never dealt with this type of situation before. Joseph met my husband basically in the middle of the night, at a local coffee place. He got the paperwork together and treated it and my husband with much understanding and compassion. A few hours later I was set free. I met Joseph a few days later to sign a few papers and check in. He sat and listened to my questions and concerns and was extremely understanding. He has helped us with issues surrounding my case, as well as a few questions I've had for other situations, when I've asked for resources. My case was a small case, and in the world of arrests, I know our case wasn't a HUGE profit for him, like other cases are I'm sure. But he's treated every time we have reached out, with a ton of care and concern, with direct answers. (I make this comment because obviously there is money involved for a bail, and it wasn't a really high price bail, but has treated us like a million bucks) He's very family oriented and made it obvious he cared about our situation and our family while we get through this ordeal. If you find yourself is a situation where you need a bail bond...I highly suggest Joseph. Although I have appreciated his help, I hope to never see him again! :-) unless it is for a pizza!! He's friendly, reliable, and what you need if faced with needing to get out of jail!! read more

Everyone dreads that call in the middle of the night....a collect call from a family member. You don't know to panic, worry or be mad!! But family sticks together during the good times and bad times. Brother got arrested again for getting into some Minor trouble. This being the second time in a year I knew who to call to get my brother bailed out of jail, JM bail bonds. I called, they answered the phone right away (in the middle of the night), met me at the office, and bailed my brother out right away! My brother was able to make his morning work shift! JM was reliable, professional, and was even able to work with my financial situation with payments. I was very pleased. read more

Are you reading reviews trying to figure out which of these bail agents to call? Overwhelmed and confused? JUST STOP. CALL JOSEPH AT JM BAIL BONDS. Why? Because Joseph isn't just a bondsman -- he's the cousin or uncle you never knew you had, stepping forward to fight for you in your time of need. To Joseph, every second your loved one is in custody is an affront to justice and he won't rest until the job is done. Joseph is the best at his profession and he is your advocate on the ground, the guy on your side, watching your back in the maze of the legal system. Yes, he can and will get your loved ones free. He will find them, reach into the system and pull them out. He will attack the issue with alacrity and with a career's worth of relationships and skills at his disposal. He knows the justice system like the back of his hand and he has relationships with people on the ground inside the Bay Area jail processing system. He will leverage these relationships on your behalf and pursue all possible angles in an effort to assist you in your time of need. Above all else, Joseph is a good man. He treats people with warmth and respect. He will deal with you fairly. He will help you understand your situation. And he will open his Rolodex to you and share his connections and influence. For instance: Need a lawyer to appear at your arraignment? Joseph won't just suggest a name, he'll negotiate a flat rate fee on your behalf, get the lawyer on a conference call, tell them where to go, what to do on your behalf, and then make sure the lawyer repeats his instructions back. One less thing for you to do, and now you've got a lawyer who is obligated not just to you but to Joseph, an ongoing referrer of business. Time is of the essence, so go ahead, just give him a call and you'll see. He'll probably start by telling you how the bail industry works, he'll tell you how much it will cost and what to expect. When you retain his services -- and you should -- get out of the way and watch the man work. And just watch, you'll be right back here in a few days, adding your glowing Yelp review to this huge pile of 5 star reviews. read more

Joseph Munoz is a very helpful professional. I had to call a bail bond person at 2 AM on a Friday morning and he picked up his phone, explaining how the process worked. I wasn't sure if I was going to go through the bail bond process because I thought my loved one would be released soon but when I got the details about my loved one's case I realized I needed to get bail. I called Joseph again later in the morning and he was walked me through what needed to be done. I followed his instructions and my loved one was out of prison the same day. When I learned that my case would require a lawyer Joseph referred me to a woman who is very specialized and empathetic in the field I needed. If I ever need help with bond again (heaven forbid) now I know that there's a person that I can put 100% of my faith and trust into. read more

There are two kinds of people these days. People who immediately answer calls and emails at any hour (responsive) and people that eventually get back to you. JM bail bonds is super responsive. In a business where much is regulated by the state, that is how they distinguish themselves. Well, that and being extremely knowledgeable, which JM is as well. Highly recommended! read more

Joesph is very professional and quick to respond. He is always my choice of bail bonds!

This is far more than a bail bonds establishment. It is a place where you can come for an Advisor and trust what is recommended. Aside from being a solid person in business and family, Joseph, the owner, is a caring person who looks out for his clients - informative, patient, available, and responsive. There is no judgement here. Sometimes, one way or the other, the law just happens to catch you on the rear, and you need help. I will always send people to JM Bail Bonds. I wish I knew of him sooner. His rates are standard, affordable and the quality of service offered is well above the standard. He was very kind and empathetic towards the whole situation and cares about people's emotions too. He was very understanding of the situation and super-fast in his actions. He even told us the next steps that we could take and the things that could possibly happen next. His predictions were accurate and came true. He is your one stop solution if you're looking for an immediate relief from a painstakingly bad situation. He kept communication to find out what happened next and to ensure that things were getting better. I am so happy I chose him and he will never disappoint you.
