Finally -- FOUR MONTHS LATER -- I get told they're coming (I called them they didn't call me) -- and the date wasn't good for us -- told it's that date or nothing. Then the stumps -- I'm told the stumps will be done the following week, no call no show, I call the week after that, they have to call the sales rep and check, stump grinders show up completely unannounced. The work is great, the crews are great, the price is great, the customer service is not there. I wouldn't have minded the wait had someone just returned my call and let me know what the delay was. No one ever did.

Although we were in constant communication up to the due date, the proposal was never submitted. We also asked for a quote on some tree planting. This quote took many weeks but finally arrived. Sean came out and did a quote on short notice, and I was able to schedule it within a couple days. Matt and Abelardo did an excellent job trimming my pines and spruce trees, and allowed me to expand the scope of the project on the fly. The result was exactly what I wanted and at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for any tree maintenance.

I was getting tired of every time a breeze came through I would have to spend hours picking up broken sticks. Over the winter a large branch fell off one and lodged itself about two feet in the ground. So, enough putting it off, time to have the trees removed. I reached out to a few companies for quotes, Clauser wasn't even on my radar until my neighbors had them do some work. I called and Steve came out, we walked the property and before he left I had a quote. The quote was significantly more affordable than my previous quotes. I actually called him a few days later just to clarify...could it really be this good? When the team came out, they did very good. I was expecting my yard to be torn up (as I mentioned just one branch falling over the winter caused serious damage). I could barely tell they had been there when they left. Aside from very minimal turf damage, they raked everything up. I have more trees that need to go, they're not an immediate danger right now but will be. When that time comes I won't even waste my time calling someone else. It will be Clauser.

Well, here I am, still annoyed that I paid for my lawn to be RUINED!! Cancelled on me the first time and had to reschedule over a week out--gave them the benefit of the doubt even if it meant having to wait a week and a half with an uncut lawn. If I could give this business zero stars I would. Terrible service and work ethic. Basically cut my grass so low it dried up in the heat. Didn't even bother to weed whack properly--left high weeds in some places, but whacked some flowers and bushes in others. Incredibly sloppy. Incredibly disappointed that I wasted my money on this service!! Called to complain and was spoken to very rudely. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
