They even sell ballet attire in the lobby where there is free tea for everyone to enjoy. The bathroom at the studio is always very clean. They have extra bobby pins and hair ties in the bathroom as well. Love that! So far I've attended about 4 ballet classes. The classes have helped me to improve my posture and walk for pageants. Kelly's ballet class will provide you with a great leg work out as well. As a teacher Kelly provides information on the history of ballet and speaks lots of French. I really enjoy the French. I would recommend this ballet class to adults that want to try something new and are looking for a friendly and inviting environment to do so!

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and handled poorly. She ended up sitting in a cold room for nearly two hours while other students practiced. I understand they're preparing for a show, but no one gave us a heads-up that there wouldn't be a real class or that my daughter wouldn't be participating. The director actually told her to let them know when she needs a break. Had I been informed ahead of time, I would've gladly scheduled another day. I was just told to come pick her up at 8:30 pm. Instead, she sat and waited with no explanation, no apology, and no follow-up or offer to come back. My daughter left feeling discouraged and doesn't want to return. That says a lot coming from a child who was initially excited. Based on our experience, I can't recommend Plenty of Rhythm to others. Clear communication and basic professionalism were lacking, and that makes all the difference--especially when working with children.

Saw the very last showing for the Annie musical for 2025 with my youngest son and it was such a great talented cast, with great scenic and live orchestra! The remodel of the space was done to keep the theater looking like it's always did just cleaner and more comfortable. Although I thought it was a little weird that they ran out of salty snacks at the bar for a full house performance, but regardless the bartenders were so friendly and warm! Will definitely be back to see more shows here!

So my husband surprised me with tickets because he knows how much I love Broadway shows. Some of the standouts of the night were- the singing and the use of the screens. The actors & vocalist did a great job, really no weak links, they were clear, they projected all the way up to the balcony, and they carried a strong stage presence. The stage was set up in a specific way for the entire show but the screens helped to enhance the scenes by projecting different images to suggest a change in setting, making it a lot more interesting to watch. Some songs resonated more than others, solely because of the weight of the message they possessed. Overall, very talented artists on Long Island that we enjoyed watching use their gifts to bring joy to others. It didn't have to be perfect to be of great substance. I will note that they loosely interpret biblical events throughout the show, especially toward the end, so a few scenes might make you go huh, but as artists, they truly made it their own. It's nice to offer Broadway-like shows close to home, and to support the arts within our communities.
