Condition of our property was left in a seriously dirty state with such a strong cigarette smell left behind by the crew. Floor sanding resulted in excessive dust in every cabinet, appliance, furniture and blind (I expected some dust, not this much!!!). I called numerous times and never got a call back...just snarky emails. The product and actual install were fine, but the customer service after the fact were less than satisfactory....will not use this company again. I finally had a conversation with the company accountant who was pleasant, empathetic and did as much as her role would offer. This was a really poor experience. There are other flooring options in Bozeman.....should have gone with them.

I called them and Reid was super responsive! His schedule was full for 2 months, but he managed to squeeze me in the very next week! It was a lifesaver because my shop was brand new and I wanted to get everything in there before the freeze. His guys came out and did the 2490 square feet job in two days! And it's beautiful. It turned out better than I expected it to. I am very happy. I'd never done a floor like this before, and while it cost more than I was expecting, apparently it was at the bottom of the price scale in that industry of work, so I am very grateful.
