My wife and I had a great time working with Joel and Kristine for our wedding. We had 2 pre wedding meetings to go over the flow. At the end of the first meeting they gave us some homework, to describe them what our dream day to be like. Our second meeting was about 1 month before the wedding and we went over the agenda for our big day. The day of the wedding we had one of the videographers getting video of the groom & bride at all time and the other videographer getting all the details from the wedding in addition to some epic drone footage. Joel also took it upon himself to keep us on schedule during the day which definitely was one less thing to worry about. Once the day was over they were able to quickly post a teaser and highlight video that kept us craving to see the full documentary that we had. After a couple adjustments we finally receive our full documentary and its was absolutely perfect. My wife and I are super happy that we had the drone footage and a phone for our guest to leave us a voicemail. During our first meeting, we knew they were the ones for us not only because of their portfolio (and reasonable prices) but also because of our mutual love for boba drinks. They were very easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable immediately. Once the pandemic hit, they were incredibly understanding when we first asked to reschedule our wedding. They continued to stick with us even through our second and third reschedules through 2020. Once we finally confirmed the go-ahead for a date in Spring 2021, Joel was amazing about going over our timeline in detail to ensure everything was in order. JK even came with us to our rehearsal! On our wedding day, JK were so much fun to work with. They stayed focused throughout the entire night to get the shots they needed but did so while keeping it real and making us laugh. My husband's mother and sister could not be with us because of the pandemic so JK even agreed to help us livestream the event to Taiwan. We are so grateful to them for going the extra mile. We also used their photobooth, and everything was very straightforward and easy to use! JK were quick to share the photos that were taken by our guests so that we could save them for ourselves. Last highlight, they are so fast! Our Instateaser was released within 1 day, and our highlights and documentary were released within 1-2 weeks. For such an intimate event like a wedding it is super important to find the right vendors. Luckily for me I have my sister to thank. She valued the importance of recording the wedding to look back on in the future and picked them for her wedding. After seeing first hand how they worked I knew I wanted them for my wedding as well. With covid only 50 people attended my sister's wedding so having the wedding captured so well to show friends and family was extremely important. She passed away in September and since then I have probably watched her wedding videos over 6 times. Two of the times were the morning of mine. They captured her effortless smile, laugh, her voice and the way she moved. This is why wedding videos are so important. You kind of forget how someone walks or laughs and need that footage or video. They captured how happy everyone was at that point in time and most importantly they capture her at the happiest point of her life. For that my family cannot thank Joel and Kristine enough. Our decision to work with JKapture for our wedding videography provided so much peace of mind. From our initial consultation, they were so well-organized, thoughtful, and communicative. Apart from responsiveness (which goes a long way in relieving wedding planning stress), they were proactive and checked in with us at various times leading up to the wedding to see how they could help us plan. On our wedding day, Joel worked seamlessly with our photographer, Toan (they're old friends), and made sure we were relaxed and having fun. Joel and Kristine are the best! We had a great time working with them for our wedding in July at Thomas Fogarty Winery. From our first virtual meeting with them you could tell just how professional and personable they were. They really took the time to ask us questions, get to know us and we could tell they took that into consideration in the final product. The booking process was straightforward and very transparent. We ended up booking a day of videography and 3 hours of photobooth. Leading up to the wedding, they checked-in with us, were very responsive, had forms to complete to make sure they knew everything that would be happening at the wedding and provided input whenever we had questions around logistics. On the day of the wedding, the videographers gave us tips throughout the day on what to do, how to pose, etc which we found immensely helpful. They worked well with our other vendors and it was a really seamless experience. The photobooth was well received and definitely a highlight as well! The final video quality was excellent!
