I reserved a bounce house from Jjs party house over a month ago. Today was my kids birthday party at 1pm, and I recieved a call at 12pm saying he was at my house. Turns out he showed up to a place in Lincoln when I told Esmeralda Cobian multiple times my house was in Omaha, NE. The guy refused to drive to my house and my kids went without entertainment! JJ's literally came to my rescue and saved my boys birthday party! I had originally reserved a water slide from another local company and less than 24hrs before my party I received a text that they had to cancel my reservation. I was devastated to tell my children. I contacted JJ's and explain my situation. She said they had some available and best part, we could keep it for the full weekend at no additional cost this is a hard working family owned side business that the whole family helps with setting up and cleaning the slides! It was heartwarming to see not 3 hrs after contacting them I had a water slide set up in my yard and weekends worth of entertainment for my children as well as all the neighborhood kids!
