I did not taste their special sauce, the bun was not very good and the whole thing was just not good. However, I called "heads" and the coin landed heads so my burger was no charge. That helped but I used to love their burgers and tonight I totally disliked it :(. Service was great! This was our first visit here. It is a dark bar environment with tables and booths, a large bar, and a game area in the back. They also have a large covered patio. We were seated right away and impressed with their large menu. Lots of bar food but good variety. Kids menu is basic kid food but they do eat free every day. We ended up getting burgers and sandwiches. They were all good. I liked their chips, fries, and broccoli salad. Nothing amazing but good. Service was ok, took a long time to get and pay our check. One thing that really was gross was their plastic drink cups. They were so beat up and chewed on, it was disgusting. I posted a pic to see. I would rather have Styrofoam cups than nasty chewed cups for our whole table. Maybe other locations are better? read more

Long day on the road and was staying at a nearby hotel. I had accidentally driven past it as I turned the wrong way off the interstate. I asked at the hotel about places to eat, but he didn't mention this place. Decided to go back to it after get registered. The looks were interesting and seemed to suit what I was looking for. A place easy to go in and sit, with enough activity to keep me awake. Was lucky to have caught it on a weekday and just past the busiest time. Food, just a burger was really good. Service was excellent and enjoyed the scenery. Being by my self and tired, mostly I just sat and read....plus people watching. Cool space. Kids eat free! All day! Every day! I mean, Unless it's happy hour, or if you don't order full entrees during happy hour... even though each location seems to be completely different on how they regulate that... also, it would be helpful, when a family orders (because you can assume they think their kids will eat free since it is literally posted all over the building) to outline what criteria has to be met in order to actually be free. With that, the server wasn't very nice about it. Based on eating at all of the other locations, it seems pretty clear that the whole thing is at the discretion of the servers. It should be obvious that families typically enjoy the fun setting with the whole outing being affordable. With that said, I asked about these things and was answered with snobbiness like we were trying to game them. Which we totally eat here because we have been told that kids eat free for each adult who spends more than $5/food consistently except at this location. Now, we do save money like this but it is only until we direct those savings to the tip of the server. You save me $15 in kids food and another $10 on happy hour and suddenly your servers get a $25-$30 tip on a $25-$30 bill. Mostly, you should just make it clear that kids only eat free with an entree when they order and maybe don't be mean about it. Unless Every location is consistent, it's worth clarifying to avoid having to be rude to your customers when they ask about it. But hey the beer is good and the floor wasn't super sticky so that's worth a couple of stars. read more

Stopped by for lunch the other day and was pleasantly surprised with the good food and the dining experience! It is tucked away in a strip mall, but was quite busy when we got there. This place has it all - live music, well stocked bar, good food, and good service! I had the Prime Rib sandwich which was cooked perfectly. The onion rings in the sandwich was crunchy and provided the perfect crunch. The side of mac and cheese itself is reason enough to be back :) All in all, a good dining experience! read more
