After hearing about Jitterbug from our venue coordinator, we spoke with and quickly met with Terri. I cannot say enough great things about her, she is simply awesome at what she does! We were skeptical about whether or not we needed her same day coordinator services, but we decided to go with it anyway. Terri put out so many small fires, did several Starbucks runs for the wedding party, and asked us a lot of questions about our own wedding that we never would've thought about otherwise. Jitterbug Events went above and beyond for our wedding, and helped making our special day even more special. If you are not sure about the same day coordinator services, let me tell you from experience, it was worth every penny for the piece of mind! As for the DJ services themselves, these people know how to read a room, and keep the party going! They also looked into every little detail and make sure that it is correct. Then venue we chose was a tough room, due to the acoustics and size, but their experience showed that they could adjust to it. Before your read this, ask yourself one question: Am I a fan of sweet, sweet awesomeness? Good. Me too, read on. Terri At Jitterbug Events was, in a word: amazing. The music selection was great, and she tailored everything perfectly to keep the event moving. I have a few cousins and other family members that have sworn off dancing, and they were all, ALL on the dance floor all night long. My fiance (now wife) decided a few days before the wedding that she wanted a photo montage at the reception. We called Terri, and she said "no problem." Terri had a projector and big screen set up where we were able to run the montage during the reception. I honestly can't say enough good things about how helpful, pleasant and flexible Terri was. From mapping out what we asked for, to introducing ideas we hadn't even thought of, she was great. She was, by far, the best DJ I have come across at any wedding. Terri and Joe from Jitterbug Events did a fantastic job at our wedding! From the orientation a month before, Terri understood our style and helped us plan for the big day. Terri is very organized and kept us on task for what decisions we needed to make. She had great ideas for our outdoor wedding and was able to accommodate the location by having two separate set-ups for the ceremony and reception. She offered many song suggestions and games. We were not sure at first how the games would go over - but they were a hit! The music was perfectly adjusted to the outdoors; loud enough to hear, but guests were able to mingle and talk among each other. Terri and Joe arrived early on the day of the event and were more than prepared and ready to go on time. They also coordinated the whole day to make everything run smoothly. We had Jitterbug Events DJ our Girl Scout Father Daughter Dance. DJ Terri really knew how to get everyone on the floor--dads included--leading the dancing in a way that made it fun for all of us. The music was fun and, at the same time age appropriate for the whole spectrum of girls there. Far and away the best DJ I've seen at one of these events! The girls had the most fun I've ever seen them have at one of these dances. In contrast to the last few years, with other DJs, where many girls and their dads got bored and started trickling out early, nearly all of us stayed until the end, and we wished it could've gone on longer. Fun, flexible and fabulous! These 3 words come to mind when I think about how much Terri recently helped with a benefit I just coordinated. She is very professional and just wants to make sure YOU and YOUR guests have a good time, as well as meeting any impromptu, last-minute needs from your dj. Terri is awesome! She added a whole new level of excitement and fun to an already wild and crazy event. All comments from the event were how wonderful she is. An event manager at the facility said he had seen a lot of djs over the years, but never one as good as Terri. She is so creative and energetic! she had great interactive games for everyone to play that got people on their feet and interacting between tables, and around the venue. Jitterbug provided music for our facilities annual Holiday Dinner. The music was coordinated perfectly. We asked for three music styles- as people entered, dinner music and music that would be a little more upbeat during dessert and post meal. Terri provided the perfect blending of music, had microphones for us to use and was engaged with the residents and staff. We had Jitterbug Events DJ our wedding and we couldn't be happier. Terri was extremely well organized and accommodating to our needs. She had answers to all of our questions and had helpful suggestions. During the event she made announcements and functioned as our MC.
