We spent a lot of time and money trying and we jumped through every hoop asked of us. I'm so disappointed in Jennifer Zenere and the fact that she could not even provide my employment verifications to me to help us possibly save the home we were trying to buy. Our whole household was really hurt over this process and there was zero concern. The employment verifications could have helped us close on our house and she ignored our request and our lenders request further extending the process. She really got our hopes up and put us through a lot of unnecessary stress. Every day there was something new to do and we completed all of the tasks just to be treated like we meant nothing. It's a bad way to do business and I hope no one ever has to experience this because it has really took a lot out of me and my family mentally and emotionally. Very poor customer service and over all lack of appreciation for the people that invested their money and time into them. As soon as she couldn't close the loan she completely ghosted everyone involved and that was unprofessional. My house contract price was only $231,000. It went to underwriting and guess what happened? It was denied five days AFTER the close date the buyers chose. To make matters worse, Angelo disappeared in the wind when the loan became shaky. My agent and attorney had to bypass him and go straight to the lender to get any kind of answers. Purely unprofessional and clearly he doesn't know how to pre-qualify accurately. He can say whatever he wants, but unless he's going to help cover these monthly POD fees and help save the house we were going to buy from relisting, he's not done enough to rectify his poor determination. I had multiple offers and went with the one he prequalified. Everyone, don't make the same wrong decision as I did.
