We had a spare, just were in a different truck from our usual hauling truck, which has our jack & everything in the toolbox (we learned our lesson). I contacted Terry on Monday morning and he was straight on with the recovery and repair of the truck which was finished by Tuesday. Terry kept me updated throughout and fixed it for half the price I expected. I was unable to recover the truck until Saturday and Terry immediately offered to collect me from the airport after dropping off the rental (100 mile round trip for him) which saved me the cost of a Taxi back to Gatesville. When we called this dealership, Dillon answered and said he indeed did have a tire for us but was closing in five minutes. We told him we could get there in five minutes and he gladly stayed and changed our tire working well beyond his quitting time. He not only changed the tire in a timely manner but offered us a cool waiting area and coffee. He went way beyond what he should have and did it with a smile and courtesy. I video recorded it because when you take it to the shop the noise never happens there and then you look like a crazy person. Dale listened to a less than two second video clip and knew exactly what it was. It was a completely normal sound, in fact there would be a problem if it wasn't making that noise. These guys could have said 'Oh my gosh, your car is about to blow up! Give us a thousand dollars so it won't!' and I would never have known the difference. That is some honesty right there.
