There's something for everyone and there are local suppliers who probably have a set minimum for their goods that they ask for. Thus my son got an intricate carved wooden spear thingie for $5 but other items seemed higher end antique priced. The boys found old hockey cards and I snagged a Disney Stores Mickey beanie baby in mint condition for $8. Fun to look around if you're into antiquing and nostalgia. Love this shop! That's only because he's sold over 300 to movie sets... On the hunt for Cast Iron, he's got that. Need signs? he's got that too. Need anything from the OLD WEST??! HE'S GOT THAT TOO... LOL. Seriously, be prepared to be amazed and graze on the history here. Absolutely loved this place. Prices weren't the best but many the possibilities here are endless. We've stopped at thrift stores in Nevada, Utah, New Mexico and now Arizona (my home state). Who could have guessed that this would be the best 2nd hand store that we've walked in (and close to my birth town of Flagstaff). A cornucopia of items throughout the store. If I weren't road weary, I could have spent a few hours perusing everything in there. It was the only place where my father found a good selection of cassette tapes (old car radio console). The woman (owner?) behind the counter helped me with a smile as I left to sit in the car and wait for my father. My father came out with a fistful of tapes and said, "I was looking for you, and the lady said the 'boy' is out in the car." She put another smile on my face, as I'm a 56 year old man who's just young at heart. Great place. I suggest you stop there.

No matter how exclusive a world-renowned community may be, it may be especially prone to having displaced pets longing for a permanent home I don't know. But I do know that domesticated animals don't think about city, state, manmade borders, they just want to go home. The good citizens of Sedona apparently realize this and donate some really cool clothing and household items here that others, less fortunate, might have no choice but to sell for personal profit.

While there were definitely some unique and high-quality pieces, many of the items--especially the jewelry--were priced in the hundreds and even into the thousands, which caught me off guard. One thing I really appreciated was how the clothing was organized by size. That made browsing much easier and more efficient, especially if you're on a time crunch. The store also carries furniture and other items, and everything is thoughtfully displayed--the presentation is clean, curated, and visually appealing. That said, it just wasn't what I personally was looking for. I came in hoping to thrift and score budget-friendly finds, so the pricing and overall vibe didn't quite match my expectations. If you're looking for curated, higher-end secondhand pieces, this might be your spot--but if you're hunting for true thrift deals, you may leave a bit disappointed like I did.
