We rented 9 suits because I like to support local, well I will not be supporting them again. Rude employees unwilling to help, lectured us every time we called. We returned 7 suits and 2 of the other guys were returning theirs, we did not have all the hangers and were told that was fine, and just to return the other two when we can. The last two guys turned in their suits and were not given their deposits back due to hangers not being returned ( wire cheap hangers) and the suits being late.... They also tried to say we did not return all the suits ( they counted the suits in front of us), just horrible customer service and very bad business. read more

Jim's Slack Shack is an okay place of business if you don't want to drive all over the place to find a tuxedo or suit for an event, however I was told by one of their employees to come in on Wednesday to make sure everything fit well, so I come in on Wednesday and was promptly and very rudely told that I was told to come in on THURSDAY Not Wednesday and basically was told that I was lying and yeah. This was by the owner himself, Jim. Did I also mention that I had called and told him I was coming in and he said that was fine? It was just a very rude experience. read more

We were quoted $69 for a tux for our 3 year old son. We live out of town so had to get measurements somewhere else. We put $20 deposit down and apparently the groom put $20 deposit down as well. Once we got there to try the tux on and pick it up, we paid an extra $155. Why would we be quoted $69 when the tux cost $195 to rent?!?! Every time I've called I've received a lecture about being there on time to pick up the tux. When you live out of town that doesn't work if the tux shop is only located in one town. Totally disappointed! Would never recommend this place to anyone. read more
