We looked online and found Richard's and called ahead of him as it was close to their closing time. Not only did they hold a lift open for him, they stayed late, diagnosed the issue and got the part for him. It was too late to do the repair that day, so they called us to let us know what was wrong with the truck, drove him to a safe hotel and promised they'd get him back on the road safely first thing in the morning. And they delivered! Our son was back on the road no more than an hour after they opened for the day. And the price was more than fair.
