This shop has no record of having ever fixed my vehicle and claims the work that was done was not done by their shop. If you didn't do the work can I get a $322.18 refund that I paid with my debit card on January 6th? Terrible service and terrible customer service. I'll stick with my regular mechanic from now on!

I search Tires in Mason Ciry, and find/call Tony's Tire. Online says they're closing but they answer, and gentleman says "guys are walking out but bring it by, I'll take a look. Sounds like you're in a bind." Understatement. I'd have to find a hotel and disrupt my whole trip, which would throw off my Thursday in a major way. Twenty minutes later, Tony's has my tire patched, I'm back on the road - at an incredibly reason value mind you - with a huge smile for appreciation of service and helping out a fellow human. Dave called the car rental company, who told us we had a full spare in the trunk, and that they'd send someone to change the tire. We checked the trunk and found a donut tire, not a full size spare. We didn't want to drive on the interstate with that tire, so we cancelled the service call from the rental company. Fortunately, someone recommended Marlie's. We called them forty minutes before they closed and they were so nice! They told us to come by so they could take a look at the tire They removed the screw, patched our tire, and only charged $30. Plus, we had a really nice conversation while we waited. As a bonus, they recommended dinner at Seneca Street Saloon. We ordered pizza, and it was delicious! Marlie's is the best!
