Sales team was great, but the finance took forever to be ready for us to come to their office. By a long time, I mean to say we were there from 4 pm until after they were closing... which felt like forever with a one year old in tow (especially messing up meal/bedtime). If they were closer, we probably would have come back the next day to finish the purchase. We selected this dealer to get a Costco discount, and because they were able to find the model, trim and color of our choice much sooner than other dealers in the region. FAst forward to the first service with them (complimentary oil)... they kept telling me to wait until the light went on and then, as soon as the light went on there was a 10 day wait to get it serviced. So I came for their "fast lane" non-appointment time slot. I was told be there first thing in the morning. Well, at 7:05 am, it was a two hour wait. The first 45 minutes of the wait they had my car RUNNING in the waiting zone, wasting gas. It was really frustrating. They called for a survey three times and even emailed me. I did give them feedback via their phone survey, with a lady who sounded like she worked onsite. Hopefully, they fix their waiting protocols.

Date of visit: December 27, 2025…read more We stopped here mostly on a whim, not expecting to buy a car as the last Mazda lot we perused didn't have anything that we would consider for less than $40K. Since it was on the way back to the freeway anyway, we didn't think it hurt to stop in quickly. Our salesperson was Zach, who was very young and frankly, we had to guide through much of the process. My husband told him what he was looking for and Zach located a CX-5 and brought it out and my husband loved it. Having already done his research on the car, he was okay with moving ahead if we could agree on a price. During the test drive, Zach had told us that they were really motivated to sell since it was so close to the end of the year but when it came time for price, he told us there was no markup on the car. If that was really true, why do we even have to talk about price? We went through a couple rounds of negotiations (it really felt like my own personal version of "Deal or No Deal," minus the ladies) and finally came to a price that was close enough to what we would have gotten through Costco Auto, but not before they tried to push the various protection plans on us and some inconsistencies in the financing percentage. As we really were not expecting to buy a car, we explained that we had a party to attend and we needed to be out in about 75 minutes. If that wasn't doable, we would have to come back another day. They did not meet that time, but got close. Though we would have been out sooner if Jeanne in Financing did not try to resell us all of the same things that we declined with Zach, plus some extras. I do appreciate their working quickly to get us out on a Saturday night, but did not love the back and forth where we talked to Zach and Zach talked to his boss and came back with another offer. And please, I've been driving since before Zach was born, of course there is markup on the car!

Had a 7:00 appointment. Much of the operation is the same as when it was Don Jacobs. This dealership is not as large as some of the other ones in the area (Wilde, Brookfield, etc), but I have felt like they try hard to keep up. I "think" they did a good job. But took way to long, longer than they had promised. Even though I was the first car in the garage at 7:00 am. It took 6 hours for the work. And because of the delay, I had to get a shuttle home, with added another hour of my personal time. If they had given me a timely update (about the delay) I could have gotten a ride home on my own. When I picked up my car at 6:00pm, I discovered that they no longer have a cashier. So I had to wait another 15 minutes while a Service Writer was freed up to process my payment, and give me the keys. And even though they did the Multi Point inspection, they never went over the results with me. (looks like my Front Disc Brakes are in the "yellow" range). Not their best showing. Hope they figure things out.

Date of visit: December 27, 2025…read more In our latest adventure of getting a new car, we headed down to the opposite side of town to test drive a Rogue. We were greeted by Kip (there was a second salesman that also tried to get our attention but he was a couple seconds too late while he was on his phone) who handled the entire interaction with candor and professionalism. I really appreciated that he let us go on the test drive without tagging along--I would not have been bothered by his presence, but we tend to do our research in advance so there usually isn't a ton that we need the salesperson to advise on in terms of features. After the test drive, we explained that we were considering a couple different vehicles. He brought out his boss who reminded us of the time of year and motivation for closing deals by year end. My husband liked the Rogue, but he didn't love the Rogue and we ultimately passed on the vehicle but overall had a good experience.

Well... well... well... I do have mixed feelings when it comes to this particular dealer and to…read moreNissan in general. And let me preface it by saying that I do enjoy living in our rural area now, but first few decade of my life I survived in denser populated areas and it came with a bit of adjustment and the ability to easily locate and subcontract dependable mechanic or a plumber is never the highlight of my day. Lower crime rates and affordable property values were the selling point. Now let's just say I am not teaching anyone to do business, just on my end it feels like certain approaches are not just less orthodox than the others, they are plain weird. Say someone diagnosed your Nissan issue and told you to buy the OEM Nissan parts to be installed. Where's the best way to go? To the official site of the manufacturer, right? The correct answer is it all depends. Imagine that after following the instructions to a t and ordering from the official Nissan's web resource you receive odd emails from Michelle @revolutionparts from email originating not from Nissan's domain but from revolution parts and if you ever try to check the status of your order it briefly redirects you to Revolution Parts and only then gets to Nissan. Sounds like a typical phishing model. To add insult to an injury it feels like Michelle genuinely stalls your order stating every couple hours that some parts are missing and some are not correct and suddenly stops communicating for half a week at a time. Then gives you the shipping date and after you do not get tracking info you try to reach back to be met with silence. Kudos to David Oliphant who made the things right, hence the second star. However few questions remain. Appears that Nissan partners with Revolution Parts which is Arizona-based automotive parts and accessories e-commerce platform not famous for good deeds, but for humongous data breaches. Last one happened not long time ago at the end of 2025 and affected more than 5.1 million of its customers. None of it is being divulged during the order being placed and Nissan pushes non-suspecting customers for failure without their knowledge or consent, should I have known that I'd have ordered parts elsewhere or let someone else do it for me. Another curious matter is why aren't there common parts available closer to Idaho in Salt Lake or Boise, why was it subcontracted through Revolution Parts to a dealer in a city of 37 000 located 1500 miles away? Do they have bigger warehouse or do they act as the processing center? Another challenge for me personally is to understand why the alternatively blessed parts were sent to me from the location in Memphis which is in a different state and even further away and at least 600 miles away from this particular dealer?

We drove 45 minutes just to deal with constant excuses and pressure tactics. They wouldn't even let us look at the vehicle unless they ran my credit first. First it was supposedly "policy for everyone," then suddenly it became "case by case." The story kept changing. What made the situation even worse was the attitude change once Jackson found out I work at a bank and understand how financing actually works. The entire vibe shifted immediately because he realized I wasn't someone he could mislead or pressure into a bad deal. Instead of being transparent and professional, the experience became uncomfortable, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. A dealership should treat customers honestly and respectfully, not stereotype people or try to play games with financing. Completely unacceptable experience and I would not recommend anyone waste their time here. At one point, he literally told us we could leave since we didn't want to do the credit application, which just showed how little they cared about actually helping customers.
