Knowing that, he still took us on and was patient throughout the whole process. There were times when we felt like we were wasting his time with multiple open houses where nothing felt right. However, Kevin always assured us that finding the right house takes time. Never once did he rush us, and he was always there in our corner. We finally closed on our first home after almost 1.5 years, and none of it would've been possible without Kevin. He was there from start to finish and always made an effort to be on the same page as us. He genuinely cares about his clients and would take extra steps to make sure we understood everything. One thing we especially appreciated was how detail oriented Kevin is. At every house we toured, he pointed out things we might have overlooked and helped us understand what to look out for and what to consider before making such a big investment. Kevin really made us feel supported and comfortable throughout one of the biggest milestones of our lives. As first time homebuyers, there was a lot we didn't know so having someone like Kevin by our side made the entire experience so much less stressful. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

Although the same great comments had been repeated so many times by so many of their clients, I still want to add mine to show our gratification and appreciation. Juhee & Justine recently helped us sold our Fullerton house. When Juhee and her assistant Hannah came to our house the first time, they explained everything about selling a house in Fullerton except pushing us to sign a contract with them. Unlike many other agents who brings a prepared contract to the first meeting, Juhee didn't bring one. She spent all the time explain the market and the process. Seeing a very knowledgeable Realtor teaming up with her son plus a young energetic assistant Hannah, we were confident that this team would do a good job (actually, they have done a Great job!)! After we choose them to represent us, the process started quickly and smoothly! The stager came to make our house more attractive to the young families; the photographer made a very professional online album to show the size and beauty of our home. We had one open house and received multiple offers within three days. Each member of this team had their own designated responsibilities and they work together to make this process seamlessly. From the date we signed contract with them to the date we moved out of our sold home, it took only two months! During this time, our only responsibility was to keep the house clean. They took care of everything else! In additional to their solid knowledge, decades of experience and high efficient working style, communication is another key area which I highly appraise them! We never hesitate to ask them anything. They always have the answer and replied us in timely manner. I cannot say enough how professional they are! We highly recommend this team to anyone who are planning to sell and buy a home. You won't regret your choice.

Sarah was by far the best agent either of us had ever worked with. Her knowledge, not just about real estate laws and practices, but also regional resources and market values, was accurate and valuable. She negotiated our home purchase to account for needed repairs as well as other factors at play concerning the solar panel lease. She had experience with solar lease companies as well. She has a great team of contractors and other service businesses who did thorough examinations, explained their findings, and made recommendations. Then we sold our condo. My jaw is still on the floor. We moved out on a Monday, came back for the last few items Wednesday. Repairs and cleaning were finished within 2 weeks, and the house was staged and listed with gorgeous photos and video. We were in escrow for $35k over asking price one week after hitting the market. One weekend of open houses. They requested a 20 day escrow and we closed after 20 days. The end! I almost wish we needed to buy or sell another place just to work with Sarah from Drake again.
