Drive thru is convenient! We typically do pick up through the drive thru so we can just drive right up. There is not much space for seating inside. Food is always good! I typically get the veggie sandwich and make my own vegan crispy chicken patty at home and add it to my sandwich. Plus, add jalapeño chips to add a little crunch and spice! Tried the Jimmy John's peppers, I thought they were like banana peppers but was definitely surprised by the spice. If you like spice those are a good add on Always good service! Make sure to tell them your phone number at the window or when you're paying so you get your rewards! The uber delivery was outstanding! However, the food was not. First, I checked the box that asked if I wanted cut in half, I said yes. Second, I asked for a fountain drink, Sprite; it was flat and I threw it away. Disgusting taste, no ice. Third, the amount of mayonnaise made every thing between the bread slide hither and dither. Couldn't taste the meat between the bread. It was mayonnaise with a little bit of meat and cheese! I can't speak to the ambiance because it was a delivery order. My hope is that this is a one off because I have been ordering from this particular Jimmy John's and not had such a horrible experience. I wish I could get my money back. I've tried giving this location multiple chances, but unfortunately they continue to get orders wrong and don't seem to pay attention to simple instructions. It's extremely frustrating when you're paying good money for food and still can't get your order made correctly. This has happened more than once, and consistency matters. On top of that, the staff has come across as unfriendly and unwelcoming during my visits. Customer service and accuracy should be a priority, and sadly that hasn't been my experience here. If Kimmy Gibler was part owner of this place with a guy named John, they'd be renamed Kimmy John's. This is located right next to my tanning salon in St Paul, so whenever I'm over here tanning - which is on a couple of occasions so far - I walk right by it. If I'm starving and I get tempted, I pop in. Which has happened once so far. The girl I was with was tempted, I should say, and I was indeed starving, so we split a sandwich from here and it's really not bad. If you compare it to Subway, this is about 127,000 times better than Subway. If you compare it to some of the top sandwiches in the Twin Cities on the other hand then it's absolutely atrocious. read more

It was jaw- dropping to see that this place only has 1 star!! It a clean restaurant with a friendly staff and plenty of parking. I love the beach club with sprouts and like to get their caffeine free diet drink option which is light lemonade. My only suggestion is, if the store is busy, know your sandwich number (i.e. Beach club is #12) because they call out the sandwich number and not your name so another person could mistakenly take it. Ordered a "freaky fast" delivery via Jimmy John's app on March 1, 2021. I ordered a original turkey and a Lil' John BLT. I received both Turkey sandwiches in the specified sizes but special toppings request was not followed nor did I get the BLT. Never again I actually like jimmy johns but this experience left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. When I first walked into the restaurant I saw the cleaning cabinet open so all I could smell was bleach and dirty water. Then when I went to place my order the cashier was obnoxiously rude to the point where I didn't walk out (I came close) but the customer after me did without buying anything. Then while we sat there eating our lunch we heard the cashier being spoken to about the encounters and she argued and blamed the customers versus taking responsibility. I'm an Uber driver. I placed my order online & went to pick it up. My bladder was about to explode so I went to use the bathroom & it was locked. I asked to use the bathroom & the guys like it's closed you have to ask the manager. I asked the manager & she's like no we can't do that. I said that's what bleach is for. They pointed to the register & said it's over there & I have to buy something. I said I did my order online. The guy handed me my food & gave me a dirty look. The last 4 times I have been in one (3 times at this location, once in Shakopee) I have been treated like a huge annoyance by all the employees. I'm not a fan of Jimmy Johns in general but I know a lot of people are. Our client ordered us some Jimmy Johns so I had no say in this. I ordered the italian night club (#9) and got chips, a pickle, and a chocolate chip cookie. I've gotten the italian night club whenever my coworkers/friends basically force me to eat with them there and normally I find it edible and it can be enjoyable once in a while. However, this time, this was the worst italian I ever had. It was soo dry! The pickle was delicious.. but how can that go wrong? Received order and my chips were not there, flagged down driver and he had no clue, and said he would bring back. I literally order from here ALL the time. At first they had AMAZING customer service and were freaky fast. Now, they're just freaky failing. I usually end up waiting close to an hour for my sandwich and I live 800ft. away according to google maps. They've forgotten to send my drink, my chips twice, my cookie AND my day old bread on several occasions. Not saying it's the workers' faults. Management needs to hire more drivers.
